This is by far the best hostel I have been too! It is in an excellent proximity to both local restaurants and the underground train system, both within 3-4 minute walking distance. The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to help you with anything that you need and give you any information about the best local places... More

I stayed in Summer and our rooms were extremely warm (despite having a fan running all day). Our room was small too which made it even more hot and all the stairs (to the sixth floor) and luggage made it quite annoying. We were in London on a very hot week but despite that I was very happy with the... More

This hostel is the great deal I've been always looking for, and I finally found it! Great location, great staff, free and fast Wifi and free extras. A lot of other places charge you ridiculous amount for stuff you might have forgot or might not have space for it: not here. You need a towel? A power adaptor? You want... More

Great, great stay! Clean, perfectly located next to Hyde Park with two tube stations at under 5 minutes' walk. Friendly staff and good bread-and-spread/cereal breakfast included plus use of the kitchen (and fridges), luggage storage facilities if you need to store your stuff before checking in/ after checking out, lockable safe boxes at reception under 24h CCTV-surveillance for your valuables,... We stayed at Astor queensway for 2 weeks, which is a long time by any standard. We received nothing but great service and smiles from all staff members and receptionists. We were a group of 5 coming in different days, but Alex the manager did as much as she could so we'll sleep in the same room and move as... More

The hostel is very-well located, it is well equipped and has a cosy atmosphere. The staff are very helpful. For sure, it is a good value for money. Astor Queensway made my trip more pleasant and I recommend to friends.

Nice cheap hostel very close to Hyde Park. A 10 min walk from 2 well situated Tube stations, that's easy to find, and not that long. Also a bus stop nearby. Breakfast included, simple but quite ok. Large kitchen well equiped free of access, very nice. And i loved the commun room, you almost feel at home with sofas and... More

We picked this hostel as an alternative to the cheaper ones and we couldn't have been more satisfied! The staff is great, they are all extremely kind and available to help you. Also, they organize all sorts of crazy activities, so you know you'll never get bored! The rooms are very nice and clean, we were very lucky with our... More

The hostel's location was fantastic, a stones throw away from the North West side of Kensington Gardens and Queensway Tube station. One morning I walked through the park to Trafalgar square and I think it took me about 30 minutes. So the hostel is in quite a central location for general sight seeing and Museum-visiting. The room I stayed in... More
