When we asked for towels at check-in, the lady told us that there none left and when we asked if there might be clean ones later she responded "HA! Knowing this place, NO!" pros: big rooms, friendly (if somewhat useless) staff, good location cons: the blankets and pillows REEK of sweat and urine. the showers are disgusting (especially the curtains, i ended up skipping some showers just because i didn't want to touch those nasty things). i got a mixed dorm because all of the women-only rooms were full. We stayed in room 45 which was a 4 bed mixed dorm. Our room was on the 4th floor, which was up a very small and dangerous spiral staircase. This hostel is the WORST place I have ever seen in London. Even if the price and location are good, trust me, it will ruin your trip to London!
