Great Location to British Museum, and easy to take the tube to the heathrow airport.

I stayed there for 4 days and it was a great experience. Not fancy, but what one needs to be comfortable and enjoy the stay. The staff is suuuper cool (and helpful!), really makes you enjoy your stay. The place is clean, and has a great location right around the British Museum. Highly recommendable!

Good place for young people. It has brilliant location. Everything can be arranged with friendly guys from reception. Quite loud place so if you have problems with sleeping it might be difficult. I really liked the option of simple breakfast in the morning. I would definitely come back.

I'll start on a positive note, location was amazing, just across the road from the British Museum and close to so many shops and a lot of tube stations. In a really beautiful area of London, I always felt really safe. The rooms were average hostel rooms, nothing special. The real problem came with the MICE and overall cleanliness! They... More

We stayed at this hostel for 4 nights in a 4-bed dorm. The location is awesome, right in the centre of London and walking distance from everything. The hostel itself is clean and staff is very very nice and we felt welcome from the first minute. Our room was at the top and without elevator it was quite hard to... More

It's an average hostel in a great location, about 100m from the British Museum. If you're a seasoned traveler looking for a great location than this place is for you. If you're going to complain about a bit of dust and partying, then go stay in the Hilton. For me a great experience and a good place to explore London... More

Great location, close from museum, market, tube, nightlife and restaurants. Good beds, but cleanness of the dorms needs get better. Some staff are really friendly and helpful, like Ines and Daniel, but not everyone. Good kitchen, spacious, and also is the meeting point in the hostel.

Was quite loud at night with other hostel guests out the front. Hostel exterior was being painted so room smelt heavily of paint fumes with no ventilation. Wifi was a joke. Only got reception in the tv room. There was sufficent bathrooms and long as you planned your showers strategically out side of peak hours.

I stayed here whilst attending Notting Hill Carnival 2014 and had a great stay, staff were friendly and helpful, people staying were also great. You are provided with a cage under your beds so be sure to lock it when you leave to ensure safety or leave your bag in the luggage storage, great central location.

This hostel is getting 3 out of 5 from me purely for location and the fact that the beds are clean, if it weren't for such a convenient area I don't know if I would recommend this hostel... I stayed here for 4 nights over summer in a four bed dorm, for what I paid to be in a smaller... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
