A friend and I stayed here during the Festive period in December. We required a room in Central London to crash out after a Christmas party, and wanted something cheap. Reading the reviews, this seemed a decent option. It is basic, it is no frills, it is a small room.....but it is cheap. and it is exceptionally well located for... More

We stayed for four nights the staff was indian and hard to understand.Very small room and lousy breakfast (Cold boiled eggs, toast and horrible coffee). We had paid for the breakfast, but went somewhere else instead. On the first night, the boiler broke...they didn´t even inform their costumers. We only found out because we complained about the cold room with... More

After reading the reasonable reviews and considering the good cost for London for a room with en suite and breakfast, I booked two nights here for a weekend break. I was impressed with the location for attractions like the free museums in Knightbridge, Madame Tussauds and Oxford Street shopping, but the West End and attractions on the South Bank were... More

This place was in a good location but that is where the positives stop! I asked to be put in a quiet room, we ended up right beside the breakfast room on the basement floor which was super loud and had no service! Unfriendly staff, not very clean.

Facts: -Great location near pubs and restaurants about 5 minute walk from paddington station -Safe neighborhood - Fine for 1 or 2 nights maximum -cheap -very very small rooms -Held our bags for us prior to check in Overall this hotel was okay... The only good things about the hotel are its price & location. Otherwise not to be recommended - hotel staff members were not friendly, the rooms are not well cleaned during the day, breakfast is very modest, rooms are small, walls are VERY thin, etc. All in all does not inspire a "holiday" feeling.

If you are looking to have a room to sleep in and refresh yourself during your non-stop, action-packed London city trip, this is the place to be. We planned a weekend getaway filled with activities during our visit to London and selected this hotel for its location, affordability and might I also add, parking. What a wonderful trip it was,... Stayed here for a one night with work, it was handy for the tube station. The rooms were clean but really small. the bathroom was more like an adapted cupboard but on the whole it was fine for one night. They did have some trouble finding an iron for me but i got one eventually. Breakfast was the usual continental... More

We have just returned from a 2 night stay at this hotel. We were 4 adults travelling and we had booked 2 rooms. Check in was very speedy, however when we entered our room we discovered that the toilet would not flush, I did wonder how they managed to sanitise it and place a label across it, if it wouldn’t...
