Booked this Hotel on line for a 3 night break. The room we were allocated was in the basement and was obviously a single but with small double bed squeezed in, my husband and I are not large, but found sleeping difficult in a 4 ft bed with one side against the wardrobe. We just had a small case but... More

Stayed here for one night during the week and have to say it was not worth the price I paid. The room alone cost £90 which included breakfast although breakfast was only cereal, toast and boiled eggs. The room was small bathroom was even smaller hardly any space what so ever, only one plug socket in the whole room which... More

Our requirement for our one night stay was cheap and clean, which this hotel met. Unfortunately things you take for granted are things like heating when it's cold just did not work. However, in regards to sleep, we had none. I don't mind background noise but this was shocking. Tube noise and neighbours. We could even hear their conversations. We... More

Staying on business trip. Tiny room that is difficult to enter/exit (two front doors?!?) Breakfast was enough to be called a breakfast but that's about it. Wifi was expensive. Heating/air was not responsive. I rate it an average because I did sleep OK so I won't call it poor. I would look around if I were to return. Shower/bath is... More

I chose this hotel for location and mostly they advertised free parking. When we arrived,we were told that they only had 2 spaces and they had been reserved ahead of time. I told the lady at the desk thatthis was my number one criteria for choosing her hotel. She was indifferent and told me I should have reserved a space... More

The room has a double bed with a one metre area to walk around it on three sides. The bathroom is tiny as well. It feels a bit claustrophobic at first. The wifi costs ten pound a day and was very slow. A cup of tea costs a pound. The breakfast is quite basic with nothing cooked except toast but... More

I was staying in Nayland Hotel with my friend during the period from May 12, 2013 to May 25, 2013. The main advantage of the hotel is its location. Two tube stations (Lancaster Gate and Marble Arch) are not far from it. There are a lot of bars, pubs and restaurants close to the hotel. The Hyde Park is near... More

Excellent location for Hyde Park & surrounding areas. Clean hotel but dont expect to much space, ours a twin room - two single beds pushed together and a small shower & toilet, but hey £90 for the night with a continental breakfast in the centre of London you cant go wrong. Staff were helpful - if you want parking make... More

You cant beat this hotel for convenience. It's very close to Paddington station, with heaps of pubs and eateries right on your doorstep. And it has a LIFT! Admittedly, the shower was tiny (dont drop the soap), but there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Very clean. Bed was hard.

We planned to stay at this hotel for four nights, we stayed for one. The room was small and swelteringly hot with no way to cool it down from furnace levels. There was no climate control as advertised on the booking website. There was a big dent in the wall and the carpet had a warn area. We also found... More
