You cant beat this hotel for convenience. It's very close to Paddington station, with heaps of pubs and eateries right on your doorstep. And it has a LIFT! Admittedly, the shower was tiny (dont drop the soap), but there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Very clean. Bed was hard.

We planned to stay at this hotel for four nights, we stayed for one. The room was small and swelteringly hot with no way to cool it down from furnace levels. There was no climate control as advertised on the booking website. There was a big dent in the wall and the carpet had a warn area. We also found... More

Rooms are very small. Bathrooms are the worst. It's so difficult to have a proper bath due to super small size. I just stayed for one night and left very early morning without even having bath. Changed the hotel and had bath in another hotel. They don't even provide free internet even after charging super high price comparing with quality... More

This is an average hotel. Location is excellent if you're just looking for a good priced place to sleep in London. Careful not to have your room next to the elevator since I kept waking up whenever the elevator arrived to our floor.

Thank you tripadvisor for the reviews: thanks to them i picked a top floor room overlooking the backyard, so there was no noise. Pluses: hotel very clean. Rooms well furnished. and its location super convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful. Price very reasonable. The minuses are not an impediment to enjoying the stay but go w london's prices: tiny rooms... More

Breakfast is poor-you could do better Nayland. Rooms are clean and quiet. But check the room first-they are not all good. Sometimes they stuck you under the stairs and the rooms starting with "6" are under ground and near breakfast room, so they are noisy. So ask for rooms on ground floor-starting with "5" or from 1 through 4. Reception... More

A friend and I stayed here during the Festive period in December. We required a room in Central London to crash out after a Christmas party, and wanted something cheap. Reading the reviews, this seemed a decent option. It is basic, it is no frills, it is a small room.....but it is cheap. and it is exceptionally well located for... More

We stayed for four nights the staff was indian and hard to understand.Very small room and lousy breakfast (Cold boiled eggs, toast and horrible coffee). We had paid for the breakfast, but went somewhere else instead. On the first night, the boiler broke...they didn´t even inform their costumers. We only found out because we complained about the cold room with... More

After reading the reasonable reviews and considering the good cost for London for a room with en suite and breakfast, I booked two nights here for a weekend break. I was impressed with the location for attractions like the free museums in Knightbridge, Madame Tussauds and Oxford Street shopping, but the West End and attractions on the South Bank were... More
