Used this hotel many times before, well located for both Central London and West London on the District Line. Lots of building work, now coming to an end. Great place to stay for getting out and about.

Stayed here now on numerous occasions it is a brilliant hotel and we've never had any complaints. Free parking is great and the breakfast always has plenty of choices on offer. The rooms seem to be getting done out which is good as some of the rooms are slightly old fashioned. Would recommend.

I recently stayed at this hotel whilst working away on business. The hotel itself looks like it's been recently refurbished and it's to a decent standard. However when I arrived to check in I gave the lady my name only to be told there was no reservation. I showed her my booking details on my phone which she dismissed. After... More

Despite some renovation work being carried out, we had a lovely room at the front of the hotel..spotlessly clean, warm, quiet, and just about the comfiest bed ever! Decor is superb, with a very grand feel to the place. The free tea and coffee in reception together with the luggage store for next day when you want to go out and... More

Had to stay there for business in town. Rooms are very small and get cold at night when the temperature drops outside below 40 F. Thankfully there is a towel warmer and what seem to be heated floors in the bathroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location. Price was very reasonable... More

Room was small but was in the new annex so was very clean and every thing worked well. As the room was in the basement it was very quiet which given its location on Chiswick high street is excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful with free coffee in the lobby. Location was brilliant, 5 minutes from the tube, 1 minute... More

After much messing about with the parking, we were blocked in ,could not get in or out and on limited time as we had to be somewhere very shortly after arriving, we got sorted, the hotel was full of people waiting to leave, hundreds( literally) of suitcases, building work going on and front of hotel full of scaffolding, hotel room... I stayed here in mid January 2015. I was visiting a friend who lives in chiswick so I love the location, chiswick high street has a ton of stuff on it. The hotel is close to the tube and is clean and modern. I found the rooms to be quite small and cold at night. They are also doing renovations... More

I stayed here Thursday night January 22nd. I accidentally left some earrings (a treasured gift) and my son's school uniform in the room. When I realised later I had left them I called and was told they were not found. I am 100% sure they were in the room as I left all my jewelry together in a coffee cup... More

This has been documented through the Best Western Central Portal. We are sorry to hear that you feel so strongly. As you are fully aware I have tried my level best to contact you leaving voice messages on three separate occasions but you never responded at all. There are phone records to prove that if required.
