The location of this Hotel is great, between three of London's major stations, a bit shabby but clean, fine for an overnight stay. The staff on duty were vey nice, friendly and welcoming. As a lone female in London the security in this hotel made me feel quite secure.

Went to London for a night with my boyfriend. This hotel came as a last minute choice wish was a terrible one. Curtains on the room where dirty, the room smell really bad and to much noise. Heaters where off al night and the next morning we have to leave at 11am nope heaters on either.. Was very cold. Didn't... More

I agree with all the other reviewers in terms of excellent location , pleasant friendly staff, room small but clean and bed really comfortable, but the breakfast was a really pleasant suprise. Brightly lit cosy breakfast room, tables well laid, fresh pot of tea and fresh ground coffee. English breakfast made freshly to order and served at your table is... More

The hotel does not look like much here at Mabledon Place, but is well located in relation to "The Tube" and buses. The manager is a very friendly person, and outweighs with his approachability many of the hotel's shortcomings. There was an antiquated lift where both the inner and outer door should be closed before the lift was started. It... More

The Mabledon Court Hotel was tiny, I grant all reviewers who have said so this criticism, but it is exceptionally well located and that makes up for the size. While the room was small the bed was incredibly comfortable and typically I don't sleep well in hotels but I had no issues. Breakfast was great and the service from all... More

Good location friendly staff and a great breakfast, it's a stones throw away from kings crass/ st pancras. Rooms are not huge but they have everything you need and the shower was powerful. Great pub next door. Would definitely stay again and the price is reasonable

I had booked two rooms for a business trip where we needed to be near Kings Cross. Mabledon Court was placed perfectly for this, and was a much better price than many of the other hotels in the area. It was then I started to reads the negative reviews and was concerned that it was going to be made a... More

I regularly stay here when I am attending meetings in London. Although the rooms are small, they are adequate for what I need. I always book a double room as single rooms really are tiny. The wi-fi always works and is included in the price, as is the cooked and continental breakfast with breakfast cooked toorder. If you don't want... More

Well, it was wanting to get away for a day or 2, what it cost, was what I would have paid, Blackpool, / southport, thought it was a change, there was actually nothing I could complain about, oh shower was small, and the fire door was very hard to open , but on leaving they said they would have sorted... A good value in very pricy central London. I chose it for proximity to the St Pancras – Kings Cross station complex. It’s more like a B&B that a hotel, but it has an elevator and front desk. It has no restaurants, but there are plenty of restaurants in the area.

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
