Hotel place is ok. Rooms are old and need to be refurbished. Price is acceptable if you compare with the others, which are in London. Service and reception can not reach the standart level. You would not lose out something

I stayed at this lovely hotel recently and could not fault it. I had tickets for the ballet at the ENO Covent Garden and wanted a hotel nearby. This was ideally placed, within walking distance. I stayed with a friend and requested a twin room. I was very surprised to find that the twin beds were both queen sized double.... More

I stayed in the hotel for one night when on a course in London. The standard of hotels in London tends to be pretty good and this was up there. Nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast. All you could need for a business stay or a base from which to sight see

I stayed here on 17 December for one night. It's in a very good location (few mins to Holborn tube station and close to several attractions), but needs knocking down and starting again. The rooms are tired with fixtures and fittings long ago fully depreciated in the company's books. I found myself slipping on socks to cross the carpet (no... More

Perfect for a business trip. Nice pool, decent gym, solid buffet-style breakfast. Friendly service and good value for money. Not really a family hotel in my view. 2 minutes from Holborn Station and a 5 / 10 minute walk to Soho, so well placed for a shopping trip.

I regularly stay in London and whilst I booked this via a 'mystery hotel' promotion I knew from the description where it was. Having stayed at Grange hotels before and noting the location and 5* rating I decided to book. First impressions of the reception and lounge area were not great as the building looks tired and prior to booking... More

Great location, great room, courteous and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Peaceful on the ninth floor room 901 has a view through to the London eye, would be a great room to book for a view of the new years eve fireworks.......

Just back home from a weeks stay at the Holborn Grange attending a works training course. The staff throughout the hotel were all helpful, they spoke to you with a smile when passing you around the around the hotel. The room I was given was fine, although the carpet and some of the bedding was stained. The bathroom was adequate... More

For the ninth year in a row we were booked into the Grange Langham hotel but on arrival we were told there was a problem with our room and we was to go to the Grange Holborn hotel which was a 5 star hotel. Was a bit worried at first as our long weekend was for shopping and theatre so... More

Stayed for one night on a business trip and was impressed by the spacious room with two double beds even though I was on my own. En suite toilet / shower was spacious, clean and stylish. The hotel has an excellent pool and steam room (did not pay anything extra, you can even grab a free apple, or a water... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
