I would say this hotel is very good value for money as it is a very good location - next to the tube and walking distance to Covent Garden. Fantastic hotel, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They even sent room service over with a Birthday cake for my wife. Although 5* this was not a hotel where you felt uncomfortable with what you wore etc. The staff were also exceptionally helpful and friendly without being over the top. The best thing about this hotel is it's proximity to Holburn tube station. While it is clean, the atmosphere is sterile, the staff, while efficient, are unfriendly.
