Superb location just minutes from Victoria Station. 2 blocks from a very fine Pub. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Very friendly staff. For the money you can't beat this hotel. I used to stay at a hotel across the street but now that I've found this one it will become my regular hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are small but when... More

I´ve just come back home from London. The whole hotel was really quiet although full. Beware, there is no elevator so prepare for a awkward pulling your suitcase up and down narrow stairs. I stayed in an en-suite room with double bed, the room was on -1 floor with a window to some kind of backyard with no view. The room... More

We really appreciate your detailed review. We will revisit the negative points that you have highlighted and try and improve them as far as we can. The central London buildings are small and we have tried hard to balance between space and amenities in the room. More

We stayed in a family room - 5 beds and found the room to have everything we needed. Beds made with clean sheets and big fluffy towels daily. Breakfast simple but good and staff at breakfast greeted you as you came and left.. The breakfast room is small but we managed to always get a table each of the 3... More

Positives: Location to Victoria station. Negatives: breakfast was a joke - tiny area, served toast and cereal, couldn't even eat the last morning I was there because there was no room in the breakfast area, bathroom was cramped and almost put in as an after thought (it was like a cruise ship bathroom), drain didn't work properly and I nearly... We are sorry to read your about your experiences at the hotel. We have been serving the same healthy breakfast, free of charge, for many years with very few complains. As for the bathrooms, we have tried to maximise the facilities in the rooms, which in central London buildings, are rather small in size. What we offer are clean and... More

I had tried to book a room here at the last minute using a booking website but they didn't get back to me in time to confirm the booking. However, a double en-suite room was on offer for £55. Not having heard from them, I decided to walk down to the hotel (10 minutes from work) and enquire about a... More

We were sad to read about your experience and are looking at how to resolve the problem relating to the noise from the water tanks. There are 4 rooms on the top floor and we hardly get any complains except from odd guests who are very light sleepers. It was a very busy week for us and hence the price... More

Stayed for three nights back in September. The staff was very friendly. The guy working the night shift printed my flight tickets. There is an Internet cafe around the corner, but still, that was very nice of him. Place is small, but clean, in a great location. 5 min walk to the train/bus depot. Would definitely go back! More

Stayed here for one night during the week. Check-in was quick and easy. We had booked the room on the hotel's webpage and after the receptionist checked the register we were handed the key to the room. We had a double room which was small but clean. There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room along with a... More

we stayed at this hotel for new years eve 2011 and i was surprised at how cheap the room was as most places put up their prices for christmas and new year, the hotel was easy to get to, about 5 mins walk (maybe 10 with suitcases) and the staff were really helpful, the room was small and bathroom was... We thank you for the points you have raised. We will review the option of providing a wardrobe in the room. It is always a balance between free space and services provided. More
