Tiny room, Top of all the steps - we were told the room was on the 2nd floor - but it held 4 flights of stairs! But since we only slept there - it suited our needs. The bed - was supposed to have been a double - was actually a large twin bed - but we managed. Our window... More

This place is an absolute bargain! Sure it's not the most luxurious hotel ever, but for the £55 I paid for the room it was a good place. The location is great, just a short walk from the Thames and all the attractions, which is what we were aiming for on our trip and it's on a pretty quiet road... More

went for a one day visit in London, the good thing was the staff were friendly and sadly that was the only good point about this stay. Stayed in a room where there was no heating or hot water. Sleeping at night was very cold had to double up in clothing just to stop shivering. Never got asked how was... More

Well managed hotel in a very convenient location, and good value for money. My room was on the top floor and was a bit noisy when the shower in a nearby room was used. I had to share a toilet, which was unexpected, but entirely my fault because I didn't read the room info properly.

Was Gd for what you pay only faults no lifts have to share toilets. Rooms ok beds comfy. Fan in room was very welcome... . Breakfast ( continental) was Gd for what you pay. Few little shops round near hotel and more pubs if you like drinking. Few good food joints.

Staff were friendly. However, upon going upstairs to the room there was a smell of vomit in the hallway. The room was very basic - which is what we were expecting for the price. This would have been fine, however just looking at the pillows there were stains and multiple hairs found on each of them. Clearly they had not... More

Rooms are not like the pictures. Very old hotel, bathroom is with no doubt the smallest I have ever been. The toilet was not cleaned before the check-in. Breakfast will consist in 2 toast, milk, yogurt, cereals, coffee. Good location, but nothing else.

We thank you for you response and are sad to note that you were not happy with the hotel. I am not sure if you noticed but we have started a floor by floor refurbishment programme and that will address all your concerns. As far as the breakfast is concerned, we provide a choice of juices, cereals, yoghurts and beverages... More

Stayed here 18th March, 2015. Fantastic for the price. Friendly staff, room & bathroom were spotless and ideal location. My room was quite small but big enough. Enjoyed my stay and Would definitely recommend.

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
