For the price in Central London this is reasonable value. Very close to Victoria Station rooms are very clean, smell fresh and the staff are helpful. Rooms are a decent size and I got a good nights sleep. Ideal for one or two days. Breakfast needs to be better.

Yes there is a free breakfast but don't expect much. I was welcomed by plastic chairs, a juice machine that dribbled (literally) a choice of 3 juices and 4 choices of cereal with the obligatory white toast. At 105 a night I expected more. The room was fine. Clean and recently refurbished but tiny. When sat on the toilet I... More

Many thanks for your comments. We slightly disagree with your comments. Our refurbishment programme has included all that our customers require, in the Central London Victorian buildings. We offer excellent accommodation in a great location at very competitive rates. We have received good feedback for our new look rooms. Our breakfast is a very healthy options which is very much... Had to stay here last minute. Its currently going through a refurb so should be better once that's done. As it stands now.. i would give it a firm, "meh". I stayed in a lower ground room with a window to the main street. Not advisable as there was definitely a lot of street noise throughout the night and made... More

Many thanks for your comments. The current refurbishment works will address all the issues that you have raised, including double glazed windows which will reduce the noise from the street. Assure you that your next visit will be much more comfortable. More

We stayed in this hotel in November 2014, it is in a brilliant spot! Very friendly staff and the facilities in the room are brilliant! Tv, fan, tea making facilities and a hair dryer! Bar sharing a toilet but that was never any hassle. Shower and sink in your room. London is not the place to be staying in your... More

Tiny room, Top of all the steps - we were told the room was on the 2nd floor - but it held 4 flights of stairs! But since we only slept there - it suited our needs. The bed - was supposed to have been a double - was actually a large twin bed - but we managed. Our window... More

This place is an absolute bargain! Sure it's not the most luxurious hotel ever, but for the £55 I paid for the room it was a good place. The location is great, just a short walk from the Thames and all the attractions, which is what we were aiming for on our trip and it's on a pretty quiet road... More

went for a one day visit in London, the good thing was the staff were friendly and sadly that was the only good point about this stay. Stayed in a room where there was no heating or hot water. Sleeping at night was very cold had to double up in clothing just to stop shivering. Never got asked how was... More

Many thanks for your comments, some of which we do not agree at all. We have always had hot water 24 hours a day and have never received any complains. Some guests find the hotel too warm and as such we sometimes switch off the central heating. All you had to do was inform the reception and the heating would... More

Well managed hotel in a very convenient location, and good value for money. My room was on the top floor and was a bit noisy when the shower in a nearby room was used. I had to share a toilet, which was unexpected, but entirely my fault because I didn't read the room info properly.

Was Gd for what you pay only faults no lifts have to share toilets. Rooms ok beds comfy. Fan in room was very welcome... . Breakfast ( continental) was Gd for what you pay. Few little shops round near hotel and more pubs if you like drinking. Few good food joints.

We thank you for your comments and wish to inform you that we have never advertised that we have a lift at the hotel. A majority of our rooms have shower and toilet in the rooms and please next time request an en-suite room, which is bigger but obviously more expensive. We have made a note of your other comments. Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
