I stayed here a night for business. Overall I had a decent stay and it's a good budget hotel. It's in a nice area which is quiet at night. All staff I encountered were friendly. I had a triple room which had a double bed and 2 singles so it was pretty big. The bathroom was good size too with... More

Recommendations to this simple but well priced and well managed little hotel between Kings Cross and Russell station. Take the tube from Russel station if you can. Its smaller and the way there from the hotel is through a nice neighborhood. Its a little walk from the hotel but ok. The hotel is in a quite square (with other small... More

The location is great you can walk to the West End in 20 mins. Clean hotel with nice staff. It was NYE and still very quiet the only complaint and I know it was New year day so no hot breakfast but the continental breakfast lacked choice.

I booked this hotel based on reviews on Tripadvisor and other sites. It is a great location, short walk to Euston/Kings Cross, St. Pancras with good bus routes nearby. The massive construction work across the square did stop at 6pm so that was a relief. It's an old building and whilst the rooms are adequate, mine had a draught as... More

In a parked area a short walk from Kings Cross, this Victorian mews house was a wonderful location. We were greeted by a very polite and helpful receptionist. The room was smallish but well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was larger than most appetites can manage, and endless supplies of coffee and tea. A very good Wi-Fi system in the... More

The hotel is situated in the pleasant crescent of Cartwright gardens (near Tavistock Square) and was quiet throughout the night. The room was clean and had all the amenities expected. Although not en-suite, the shared bathroom and shower spaces were fine. I checked in fairly late in the evening and that wasn't a problem. The breakfast was good, although there... More

Great Location, close to Euston and Kings Cross. Hotel warm and welcoming. Staff efficient and helpful. Room spotlessly clean with nice fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. Excellent amount of items to make hot drinks. Hotel seemed quiet didn’t hear much noise from outside or other rooms. We walked everywhere, didn’t bother with buses or tubes. 25 minutes walk to Trafalgar... More

A last minute booking and planned night out in London. Twin room was small but perfectly adequate for a couple and a one night stay, clean, but noisy if sleeping in due to age and design of property. Breakfast included in price was adequate, staff friendly. Easy walk from tube or lovely stroll on a Sunday morning to central London.

This hotel is better than first impressions suggest. My basement room was right below the reception/dining room which has a hard floor and I expected a lot of noise. I also noticed an intermittent rumbling that I took to be a nearby tube line. Neither of these things turned out to be a problem, and there was no traffic noise... More

I slept at the Euro two quiet nights, and I found this accomodation really confortable and close to everything I wanted to see and do in London. Russel Sq. Tube station is nearby, as well as Euston and Kings Cross. Breakfast is rich and good, with lot of choice, and all the ladies really make you feel at home. The... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
