We were only staying in London for a handful of days and found Admiral Hotel to be a perfect fit to our needs. It was a small room but it is also London. So given that it was perfect, a clean bed and a place to shower. The point was not to relax in a resort but to explore the... More

We arrived and had to go to another hotel 2 doors down to check in and get the key. When trying to use the keycard to enter the hotel we were staying, it would not open. Had to get management to open the door for us. Explanation for this was a new keycard system was in place. We got to... More

Brought the wife and 18 month old baby to London for 3 nights whilst visiting the UK. Spent £446 for 3 nights. Got put on the 5th floor (no lift, 5 bags, small child). Would not give us a different room when asked. 28° outside, we were in the attic room with only a tiny window for ventilation. No air!... More

If you choose to book this hotel be aware that you may not end up staying in this property, Booked this hotel , but owner decided that we would be accommodated in their other property next door but one. The kingsway park hotel. When we challenged this we were told, same owners , same service. Therefore I base my feedback... More

The location was central, within walking distance to Hyde Park and many restaurants. The breakfast offered cereal, toast, and a delicious traditional English breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, and tomato) that got us ready for our day. The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived early and was able to "freshen up" in our room before it was ready. The... More

We stayed in this hotel for one night on a city break to London. Its walking distance from trains/tubes and near nice pubs and restaurants. They offer baggage storage before and after check in/out and they staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They also have onsite parking. The rooms were small, but clean and very good value for money. Beds... More

I was really worried about going to this hotel after reading the reviews on here. I don't think they give a fair representation of the hotel. The owners have two hotels, The Admiral and The Kingsway, there is only one other hotel between them so reception is in The Kingsway and this is the one we stayed in, although we... More

We stayed here for one night as a family of four. Reviews weren't good but we thought we got what we payed for. When you pay less than a hundred pounds for a family of four in the city centre within walking distance to lots of the sights then it's great. Paddington tube was 2/3 mins walk. Hyde park around... The Admiral hotel is an central location, very close to Paddington metro station (serves 3 lines) and Lancaster Gate (serves 1 line). There are total 4 lines for the undeground in the area. This is very useful for a tourist who wants to use metro for exploring quickly the city. Unfortunately we were so disapointed when they gave us our... More

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in my entire life. Did not get the room I paid for, cracks on the wall, smelly very old style furniture and beddings. Did not get the room even on the second day. I got a very small one no space, no windows, very smelly very broke down. The roof fan almost fell down, it... More
