We stayed here for two nights. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was everything you would expect and beds super comfy. The location is fantastic. We stayed as a couple but hope to be back with the children in tow next time. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

County hall is perfectly placed en route to the sites of London from Waterloo train station. Comfy big bed, welcoming staff, clean and nicely furnished. 5th floor room at back of hotel was quiet. Can't go wrong really.

I came to the capital for business and, as you do, a little leisure. This hotel is a perfect location. A short walk from the tube station and next to Westminster bridge. There are a number of decent restaurants and attractions very close by, and you can see the London eye from some rooms! The hotel was clean, spacious, comfortable,... More

We stayed here on a bed and breakfast basis for 3 nights. The hotel is situated next to the London Eye, opposite the Houses of Parliament. It is superbly placed for easy access to many of the attractions and London sights. It is a 15 min walk from Theatreland, and about a 5 min walk to nearest tube station. The... More

Comfy bed in a room that ticks all your overnight boxes with a bonus view of the London Eye. Relaxed walking distance to the heart of the West End, tube and train connections. Perfect for an urban escape with retail and cultural therapy hotspots in easy reach.

a 2 night stay in London. The hotel is located on the South Bank right next to the London Eye, 5 mins from Waterloo tube. The room was comfortable and clean, with a bath and shower, tv and hairdryer. There was a kettle and tea/ coffee things. The bed was very comfortable, as promised, and the hotel quiet overnight.

Great location with many attractions literally minutes away walking or by tube, staff very friendly and got the right balance of being polite without being annoying. True what they say, great nights sleep and although smack bang in the middle of a large city, never once did we feel unsafe coming or going even in the early hours of the... More

I brought my 7yr old daughter here for a birthday weekend treat and we both loved its location, the cleanliness and service. She was particularly impressed with the cooked buffet breakfast! I will be bringing the whole family back here in the future.

Very quiet room in centre block of hotel, so no views. Standard Premier Inn interior so everything you needed for a good night's sleep. Comfortable bed, hospitality tray and a good sized bathroom. Good well lit work area. The usual extensive breakfast to start the day. Helpful and efficient staff.

Staying in Southbank

Neighborhood Profile
Southbank
Big time attractions such as the London Eye and a thriving theatre scene (compliments of the National Theatre and the Young Vic) are but a few of the reasons that Southbank is such a collectively cherished part of town. With plenty of family friendly activities and venues lined up along a pedestrianized river bank between Westminster Bridge and Waterloo Bridge, visitors can always expect a casual and festive atmosphere. On top of all the fun stuff to do at Southbank is the opportunity to simply sit back and admire photo-op views of iconic landmarks like Parliament and St Paul's Cathedral, just on across the Thames.
