Our second visit here and can't recommend it enough. Stayed for 2 nights in October arrived early morning and had a warm welcome from the staff. Check in is from 2pm but they have a luggage room which is handy for early arrivals. We arrived late afternoon this time, again a warm welcome from the reception staff, easy check in... More

This hotel is in a great location being only a very short walk from Waterloo Station from where transport links can be picked up to trains or the Tube. Also has lots of restaurants, coffee shops and food options close by. From our first interaction with staff on our arrival we found them all to be very friendly ,courteous and... More

Business or pleasure the location is great if you need to be in central London. next to the London Eye, 10 mins walk across the bridge to Whitehall. If you've stayed at a Premier Inn you'll know what to expect. If not, the service is friendly, food fine and facilities functional. Personally I don't like being asked by every member... More

I have been a costumer of this hotel for the last 15 years. Excellent location, premises, service... The price is getting more expensive that it used to be before, but it is London... Definitely recommended.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. The location is fantastic and for a weekend break it ticks all the boxes. Amazing breakfast and if you've had a tiring day trawling London the evening meals really good too.

From the moment we turned up this placed impressed us. Not only is it situated perfectly, right behind the London Eye - but they let us check in at 9am because the room was ready. Fantastic! Arthur was extremely friendly - and even more efficient. The room was immaculate, secure, warm and had everything we needed but no extra frills.... More

Super location on South Bank and adjacent the London Eye, couple of minutes walk from Waterloo Station and a couple of minutes from Westminster Bridge etc. Great Thames views. Pleasant enough room but a tad small and no view but didn't matter at all and whilst only stayed one night would have been fine for a few. Very very busy... More

Premier Inn London County Hall is an excellent budget choice for a sight-seeing stay in London. We stayed four nights with essentially three complete days to see as much of London as we could as first-time visitors making a side trip to London following a transatlantic cruise. The hotel was on the Southbank next to a City Cruises dock and close... My wife and I travelled to London for a weekend break, and I was looking for a hotel in the heart of the area we were going to be visiting, and found the Premier Inn on Westminster Bridge as the ideal place to say, great staff and so friendly, we were so happy with our stay we will be back... Staying in Southbank

Neighborhood Profile
Southbank
Big time attractions such as the London Eye and a thriving theatre scene (compliments of the National Theatre and the Young Vic) are but a few of the reasons that Southbank is such a collectively cherished part of town. With plenty of family friendly activities and venues lined up along a pedestrianized river bank between Westminster Bridge and Waterloo Bridge, visitors can always expect a casual and festive atmosphere. On top of all the fun stuff to do at Southbank is the opportunity to simply sit back and admire photo-op views of iconic landmarks like Parliament and St Paul's Cathedral, just on across the Thames.
