the stay was comfortable. room clean, beds great, staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The restaurant facility was brilliant. We had a child of 3 months old and we all enjoyed a good comfortable nights sleep.

Excellent location for accessing tourist attractions, theatres & restaurants in London. Clean and quiet hotel with comfortable beds. Pillows not so good. The 'firm' ones are just one step up from soft!

The room was great, all the staff we encountered were superfriendly and helpful and breakfast was top notch. Stayed here May 2013 - can't praise it highly enough. Location, accommodation, staff, integrated restaurant/bar all excellent. A well run establishment, with happy, helpful staff. Location is spot on - next to the London Eye, South Bank, Westminster Bridge, Houses of Parliment, buses, underground etc. Would highly recommend this Premier Inn.

Stayed just one night at this hotel prior to going to watch Trooping the Colour. Hotel was five minutes walk from Waterloo station, on arrival reception staff v helpful and friendly. Remarkably quiet in terms of noise for a central London hotel. Would definitely recommend. Good value for money, including the breakfast. Useful that you can leave your luggage at the hotel before the 2 pm check in time.
