I just returned home from 2 different stays at the Hotel Alhambra in the last two weeks. My research showed me this was a good choice for the location, service, and value and I was not disappointed. My son and I had reserved a twin en-suite room. We chose this location because it was half a block to St Pancras... More

Absolutely perfect for what we needed. So close to the open day and staff were very friendly, food was also great the morning we could get up early enough! Will definitely be staying here again! Stayed with my friend who also loved the hotel so close to the city centre!

Managed to find a room here whilst Wimbledon was on and London seemed to be fully booked. If you can accept that it's not en-suite, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Decorated to a good standard and very clean, it's only 5-10 mins from Euston station so location is excellent. Staff are very friendly too. A good find!

I exaggerate, but only slightly. We chose this hotel based on its location, price, and good TripAdvisor rating. The room had all of the features indicated in the description, but I guess we should have inquired more thoroughly about other aspects. We will know better next time. The main shortcomings of the room and/or hotel were as follows: 1. The... More

It was a budget hotel we found in the peak time. Staff is friendly, free wifi and plus point is free breakfast. Although rooms were really tiny for 3 of us. We had to catch train early in the morning. To my surprise, we were offered breakfast around 5.00. Overall it was a good stay.

We stayed one night in a quad room in a property across the street from the hotel. The room and bathroom were private and pleasant but very small. The three of us would have had a hard time staying here for more than one night. I could hear the underground and was glad we were given a small fan to... More

We were booked into the Alhambra for a business trip by our company's booking facilities. We arrived after a long day and were greeted at reception in a friendly manner. Offer of help with luggage was turned down but how little we knew that we had been booked into the third floor, at the top of some very narrow and... More

We have stayed at the Alhambra Hotel twice. It is a good location, across the street from two major rail/tube line hubs. Breakfast is very good, nice variety, and good table service. BUT, the rooms are very small! With two people, two suitcases and two small backpack/daybags we could not walk around the bed or put the suitcases anywhere that... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for placing your opinion on TripAdvisor. As a family business for over 40 years, we really wanted you to fully enjoy your stay with us! Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
