I am a Diamond Honors member and booked this room with points so my expectations were that I would get a basic room with no real frills. We were totally pleased with the beautiful and comfortable room, the executive lounge services and the great staff. Totally up to Hilton Standards and highly recommended. Would stay again.

I had a great stay at the Hilton. I had a lovely big room on a high floor that was nicely furnished with a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is perfect for Heathrow airport.
