We were actually pretty lucky to stay in such a great location. But I must say we were very disappointed with the rooms. The sheets on the beds were dirty, the trash wasn't emptied out, and it was so dusty we couldn't stop from sneezing all the time. Breakfast wasn't too bad. More

Wifi is dodgy in the common areas, weak signal, password/login changes seemingly randomly, which means a trip to reception for current codes,when they have time and inclination to help. the location was fantastic, 5-10mins walk from the tube station. possibly another 15-20mins to Oxford Street. we even tried walking from Chinatown back to the hostel (which took us about 20-30mins) so that was how convenient the location was. room was clean. it had 2 single beds and a sink. there is a wardrobe cupboard too but there weren't any...
