My husband and I have stayed at this site six times in recent years. We love it! We usually spend a long weekend and use the excellent bus service to get in to central London for the theatre and galleries. The site is wonderfully quiet and well kept. We've always found the wardens helpful and friendly. Last night when walking... More

We really like this site and have now stayed here twice, both times for a week. The wardens were very nice, friendly and kept the campsite up to usual caravan club standard. Considering the location, the campsite is surprisingly quiet, and being set amongst trees it's like being in the country with the added bonus of plenty of things to... More

It took me a couple of days to consider leaving this review as I feel if you don't have anything nice to say you probably shouldn't. But after consideration I feel it necessary. My brother and I have been traveling around England and Wales following the irish team for the rugby world cup. We are both in our mid 20's... More

Stayed for 5 nights - for just over £100 where else could you stay in London. Typical Caravan club site - large pitches, very clean, helpful wardens. The toilets / showers were very clean but rather dated. Considering you're in London I was surprised how peaceful the site was especially since it was full. We seemed to have a problem... More

I'm not the proverbial happy camper, but my family and I pitched a tent here for about a week and were relatively comfortable. This was a couple of years ago, but my recollection is that the camp was very well organized, had good shower and coin-laundry facilities, and was pleasantly located near a town with easy transportation to the city... After a nightmare 5 hour journey through Friday night rush hour, with two young children, we arrived half an hour late at 8.30pm. We rang ahead to let them know, but warden would not let us on site 'because we might disturb the residents'. All the while said residents were coming and going in their cars and I could hear... Beautiful place to pitch a tent in London! Very nice camp shop, shower block, and camp grounds. The camp shop folks even charged some electronics for us overnight! Quiet, lovely spot along the Crystal Palace Park. Nice restaurants, grocery store, and transit station in easy walking distance. We traveled with backpacking tents from the U.S. and camped here. Very reasonable,... More

Once again the Caravan site was ideally situated for the London Youth Games. With some tent pitches, we have enjoyed a weekend of excellent youth sport at Crystal Palace Sports Ground. The caravan site itself is secure and well managed with very helpful staff. Being in London, you are always going to get the traffic noise 24/7 but we were... More

Driving to the site along A2 and then the 205 you can't help thinking please let the sat nav be right as I haven't a clue where the site is. Arrived at site and as with all caravan club sites it has friendly staff and although not a long stay site its facility's were to the normal high standard. Transport... More
