The lodgings here are very overpriced. The Hampstead Village Guesthouse is a wonderful family owned place. I stayed there several times, and I always felt very comfortable and at home. It is situated in a lovely area close to Hampstead Heath with easy access to the centre of London. A little gem to stay at while you are visiting busy London.
