It's the height of tourist season and I feared I would get a good hotel on a budget for a hen do. This hotel had a great geo location but I didn't know the hotel or the area but I took a chance based on the reviews and they are accurate. Contact room but with great faculties- hot shower, flat... This is a beautiful hotel - the decor is amazing both on the outside and within, and the reception area is clean and well-presented. However, there is no lift, so be aware of this if you have mobility problems and cannot climb stairs. My hotel room itself was quite small but very clean, and all the facilities (for example the... Great hotel to stay if you want to visit all the attractions around the centre of London. The rooms are very warm at night because there is no air-con in the building, but knowing the british weather this must only happen a few weeks of the year.

Despite no air conditioning and no elevator, this hotel offers comfort, service, cleanliness, great breakfast and an area second to none. They let you store your luggage on the first floor making it easier to climb the stairs, they provide us all the ice we want, the beds are comfortable and bathrooms spotless.

I stayed here on a business trip and will dwell on the good things first before making a few comments regarding the issues I had: The GOOD 1. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and efficient 2. The hotel feels spacious and is nicely decorated 3. The bed was comfortable 4. The hotel is well situated 5.... More

I booked here completely on chance as the hotels I normally use for work were full, and there was nothing left at the last minute. So my expectations were low, but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is in a great central location and just a two minute walk from Russell Square station. The person on reception was very friendly... More

This was our first visit to London and we enjoyed our stay at the Harlingford. The location is on a nice side street so the area is fairly quiet, but there was still a nice variety of restaurants and shops near by. A 2-3 block walk takes you to one of the Tube stops and it was a quick ride... More

The Harlingford is a 5 minute walk from Russell Square metro on the Picadilly Line that runs straight into the city from Heathrow (about an hour ride). If you can navigate steps with your luggage, then this is really a good place to stay. My room was small and on the hot side, but I didn't mind. It was perfectly... More

I stayed here this week to take my final university exams at LSE, I presumed there would be wifi so I could get my work done for the week. I went down to reception to let them know I was struggling to get a connection; to which a lady on reception called Liga bluntly said that wifi is only advertised... More

Well, this is rather a spiteful review! A short but petulant rant by an angry young man that should have been taught better by his parents, against a girl who tried to help him but whose sole crime seems to be she told him the truth. When he informed the receptionist that he could not acquire Wi-Fi in his room... More

Having visited London more than a dozen times, this hotel is far and away my all time favorite. It is not luxurious and it is not "cheap", but the location is perfect, the rooms are always clean and the breakfast is great - and it's included in the room rate. It's served in a charming dining room that overlooks the... More
