I know it's difficult to find value for money hotels in London, but this hotel is definitely not worth 4 stars!! There were stains in the ceiling of my room, there was a stain in the carpet which was wet right at the bathrooms entrance, the shower was not working properly. The room was cold and the extra blankets were... More

I stay at this hotel at least five times per year. On my most recent visit I noticed a bring improvement. I received a very warm welcome from a charming elderly gentleman who I believe is the General Manager. He offered me tea and a croissant on arrival as I just arrived from Dubai. He assured me to get my... More

The room, breakfast, accomodations are good and the male host on Sunday and Monday morning was especially nice and polite! Also the ladies of the breakfastteam do a job good and try their best! They are lovely.

On reading the reviews before we travelled we were horrified to think we were staying at this hotel. We travelled down to London for an overnight stay Saturday - Sunday. The hotel is located close to Victoria Station and very easy to get to. It is also situated perfectly for walking and exploring nearby Westminster, Buckingham Palace, The London Eye,... More

It's clean and well located for Victoria Station. Beds are shocking. The mattresses are shot. I tried a few. Breakfast - Bacon is okay, sausages are appalling (there is no excuse for serving a bad sausage anywhere in the UK, especially London). I personally will not be using this place again.

resection is worse then Faulty Towers, we can not talk bad about the service, there was non. The bed was like sleeping in a trampoline. Bathroom was bigger than the bedroom. Our trip was great but it was not for the hotel

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL There is something seriously wrong with this hotel. Arrived at 9.30 at night to be told - 'your reservation hasn't been made'. No rooms available. The receptionist booked us a room at a different hotel which turned out to be a hotel in Earl's Court that could only be described as a 2 star nightmare... More

The only positive attribute of this hotel is its proximity to Victoria Station. The rooms were old and noisy; the bed was uncomfortable; both taps/spigots ran hot water; every room safe we saw was broken; the phones didn't work; the refrigerator was dirty; the breakfast was poor and expensive; with the exception of the manager Sean, the staff had no...
