This is not a 4* hotel the room was okay mismatch furniture bed lumpy bathroom okay with walking shower. However the service left something to be desired. I am gluten free and dairy free and they were informed at booking and on arrival. However for breakfast they just plonked toast in a plastic basket down without asking. Also the meal... More

good location close to Victoria station (5min walk distance), poor service, very small room and bath room, poor breakfest, no luggage storage... if you dont have high expectation about hotel, you can use it because of good location, if you look for standart services you may be dissapointed

This hotel is well located in the heart of the Victoria Tub Area. Couple of blocks away to the metro, and walking distance to the Queens palaces. They accept food to be delivered and the rooms ar good enough to crash the night. I would stay again here when I return to London.

A small group of us were over visiting a friend and decided to give here a try for afternoon tea. We were greeted by two very unpleasant receptionists, who were too busy with their conversation to do anything other than point in the correct direction. The waiter pointed to a table and gave no description of what we were getting,... More

My colleague and I book two rooms from Agoda with shared bathroom initially. When we arrive at the hotel, we upgrade the room and the nice general manager agree that we just pay the price difference according to Agoda rather than the higher price at the hotel reception.

We were in the attic. Too hot, dirty and torn curtains, grubby walls and cracked tiles in the bathroom. No way this is a 4 star. The breakfast bacon was dried up and in edible and the toast barely deserved to be called warm bread. The reception is a table in the entrance and the carpet under the table was... More

This is not a 4 star property. At best the main hotel could be described as a small boutique style hotel. Unfortunately, the owners seem to using this hotel, the one viewable online, as a front while sending guests to other, less desirable rooms in different buildings. We checked in for our two night stay very late and were taken... More

I went with 3 friends to have a relaxing afternoon and couldn't recommend the service we received more highly. It is very conveniently located, only a 2 minute walk from Victoria station and the staff were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. It was really nice to find somewhere quiet and peaceful in the heart of London. The selection of finger... More

We were silly enough to book accommodation at Tophams prior to checking out the reviews. The ONLY plus about this place is the location. The hotel itself was old, the rooms smelt musty and the beds felt like beds you would find in a curb side collection. And don't get me started on the rude staff. They could have potentially... More

Was very worried at first after reading the bad comments, the hotel was lovely, the staff are so friendly and ensured our stay was pleasant, but would suggest to change the pillows a bit uncomfortable otherwise breakfast was good but could be better, staff in the restaurant where fantastic, keep up the good work. Differently will come back.
