I have stayed here twice recently. The first time I received a complimentary room upgrade which was very welcome. The Grange is a very friendly hotel, and the rooms are very good, well appointed with plenty of tea, coffee, and toiletries. Unfortunately due to having other commitments I haven't yet used the restaurant, bar or gym. I will be back... More

My husband and I had a fantastic weekend at this hotel. The staff where really friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and spacious, beautifully decorated. Conveniently located near the Tower of London. Continental breakfast: wide variety of cheeses, meat, breadrolls, etc. The English breakfast was also really good, you could take whatever you wanted.

This hotel is in a good position both for the City and also The Tower Bridge area. Modern and functional my room was large with a king size bed. Bathroom had a separate power shower as well as a bath and good quality toiletries. Ate in the restaurant, food on the whole was good and reasonably priced. Slept well and... More

I recently took my mum here for her birthday and booked a standard twin room, upon arrival i was advised that we had been given a room on the 11th (second highest floor) The view was absolutely AMAZING (pictures included) My check-in and out was seamless, all staff very friendly, although i wished when checking in the receptionist hadn't said... Had a fantastic weekend at this hotel. Staff where really friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely, we had a great view of the city. We were on the 11th floor at the front and could see the tower bridge and the tower of London and the shard. Great location, short walk to nearest tube. Tower if London just round the... More

An excellent hotel for young children. Staff friendly and tolerant of toddlers. Room practical - booked a double bed which was quite low and could push the chairs up at one end to keep my little man from rolling out, as he has a bed guard at home. Nice toiletries. Breakfast very nice, good continental choices, was going to upgrade... More

I would definitely return to this hotel. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. I am a young woman who was staying alone in London for work purposes. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to me. Great Location.

We stayed here just for one night, as we were meeting friends and having a day out in the city the next day. We arrived around 830 feeling hungry, we'd checked and the restaurant was still open. For such a lovely hotel the food was poor, it was expensive and badly cooked. My partner ordered a pasta dish, and without... More

It was the first time that me and my friend stayed over at a hotel in London, we was nervous as it was us two females however we stayed at this hotel for one night and it was amazing! They upgraded us to two double beds (instead of two single beds) free of charge, the room was spotless & modern;... More

Good location by London Bridge. One of the worst elements of this hotel are the lifts. Two very slow glass lifts that appear to service the entire hotel. Wait for 10 mins were not unknown in the morning at the weekends. Glad I didn't have to get anywhere more pressing than breakfast. Service at reception was brisk and unfriendly with... More
