My son and I spent one night here and we were impressed....for the most part. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We were on the 5th floor with a good view of the gherkin and skyline. We loved the glass lift! The room was extremely well appointed and the bathroom immaculate. We had everything we needed. We slept... More

Booked this hotel for a short London break and was very glad I did. We arrived in the morning and, although the room wasn't ready (nor would I expect it to be) we were able to check in and leave the bags whilst we went off and explored. The room itself was a good size, very clean and extremely good... More

Nice hotel in good location for East London including Spitalfields Market. Great restaurants nearby. Within walking distance to some key landmarks including St Katherine Docks and Tower Bridge. Excellent view of the Gherkin from hotel bedroom.

Lovely modern room and nice pool/spa suite. Breakfast is good but at £20 each we only indulged one day!! Robes delivered to room on request. On checking out I noticed we had been charged a service charge when ordering a drink at the bar. Found this a little odd.

This hotel is lovely. After a day doing the sights of London it's a lovely place to return too. Sit in the bar watch the comings and going up and down the river or just the people walking along. We had dinner here food was excellent, service really good, staff couldn't do enough for you.. The bar prices were little... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights over the weekend. On arrival we were blown away by the gorgeous lobby, we were checked in instantly and were asked whether we would like to pay straight away or on check out. Our room was on the 5th floor accessible via the glass lifts with amazing views over the city.... More

After a busy month and no plans for bank holiday my partner and I decided to book a hotel with spa facilities. From moment we stepped in we received amazing customer service with friendly smiles and great grounds. We were upgraded which was amazing and the room didn't disappoint. To top it all off we had a massage as well... More

Whilst on business I was surprised to find I had been booked into this hotel. As I usually stay in traditional history styled establishments, I was initially a taken aback by the glass lifts, spacious decor and numerous staff behind the check in desk. The room was all that would be required for a busy business person with long desk,... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. 22/5/15. Paid £210 for duration of stay. Very nice new hotel. Reception very modern and the staff very attentive. Room was a deluxe. But fairly roomy... Bathroom was a bit on the small side but ultra modern and had everything in. Great deep bath and a super shower - had side jets, top jets etc........ More
