Upon entering i was welcomed with a friendly smile, and while filling in the reservation form I was told that we were upgraded free of charge to an exectuive suite.a delightful clean, brightly decorated and friendly hotel. It was a shame to find that we only had toiletries for one day of our three night stay, Lovely otherwise Thank to... More

We enjoyed ourselves so much staying here for my sister's wedding, we came back again for a birthday treat. Both times we felt very well looked after, holding a surprise birthday cake for me and giving us a nice high floored room. Very comfortable bed, excellent room facilities and most importantly for me an all you can eat breakfast buffet... More

Enjoyed my stay here - air con worked wonderfully well in the room - vital for this hot weather at the moment. Location was very good - just a very short walk from Tower Hill underground station. There was a Tesco metro nearby, a Wetherspoons and bus routes. The rooms themselves were modern - very comfy big beds. Comfortable room... More

Stayed here while visiting relation working in Brick Lane . Very handy base for Tower of London and Thames Banks attractions Good rooms but avoid the accomodation block that houses the Hen Parties ( we did ) Substantial breakfasts , Bar is a bit of a non entity , but plenty of good local bars in the area Highlight of... We have just stayed here for two nights for the first time and will definitely be staying here again. The location is great, just around the corner from Tower Hill and Tower Gateway. It was as easy to get into theatre land as it was to get to the O2 and is very close to the Tower of London. The... More

The hotel itself is quite nice, even though we were supposed to get a room with a view but didn't. On the upside the showers in the en suite are phenomenal and the fitness suite and pool, jacuzzi, steam room & sauna is lovely. The location is great, with London Bridge, the Thames and St Catherine's docks a short walk... More

Stayed 1 night 2 weeks ago. Arrived about 9 am because of early arrival flight from North America and room was not ready; I didn't expect it to be. Finally at 3 pm were we able to check in although others were checking in earlier. When asked for an explanation, none was given. The shower, while very attractive, was a... More

Spent a night here for work. Couldn't fault the hotel or its location. Breakfast was good and plentiful if a little dear but normal for a 5 star hotel. Wetherspoons next door if you want cheap eats. A Tesco around the corner for everything you forgot and Tower Bridge and Tower Gateway stations only 2 minutes walk. The hotel itself... More

Great hotel. Location was superb and a Weatherspoons right next door. What more could you ask for. The view from the room wasn't the best, it faced a wall. Breakfast was really good and bed was very comfy

I was staying at this hotel for business last week. The service and room were excellent and I also appreciated the pool with spa. I did not appreciate having to have my room safe serviced 3 times due to poor service by a technician who first did not replace a battery it needed then replaced it with a battery that... More

I apologise for the problems you had with your safe. I am surprised that you felt the bread was stale, as it is delivered fresh every morning, any unused bread is only used for cooking bread and butter or summer pudding. We will however pass your comment on to our supplier. I hope that you will return. More
