I booked through booking.com after reading all the great reviews. When booking it I put if possible put us in a room on a higher ground floor with a view as it was trip for my boyfriends birthday. When we got there, we were a couple of hours early for check in and they let go to our room anyway... More

Simply briiliant. my son loves the pool and there are no restrictions at the weekend. The breakfast was well worth the up grade to full english for £5, although if you are a veggie ask as soon as you get there as they take 20mins for veggie sausages. The room was exceptional we all stayed in a quad room and... More

I spent some time choosing this hotel among others listed as 5 star (but not in the £400+ a night bracket) as I wanted to spoil us, this offered a good quiet location (I knew the city would be very quiet on weekends) and the photos displayed that it would be a very modern and new hotel. Upon arrival, we... More

We spent a thoroughly enjoyable weekend here. The service was excellent and the room was immaculate with a comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. The location was also ideal with Tower Bridge a stones throw away.

Took my granddaughter to see the sights. I could not have asked for a better hotel, huge twin room, excellent in room facilities and a beautiful bathroom. Booked through booking.com, which made it really cheap too. I can see where it gets it's 5 stars from. Greeted by a liveried door man, uniformed bell boy's very attentive, reception staff so... Great rooms with exceptionally comfy beds and lovely ensuites, very good service from pleasant, professional staff (who aren't over friendly or intrusive and I like that), perfect location (10 mins from Brick Lane, Spitalfields, Liverpool St, just 2 mins from Tower Bridge, The Tower, Tube stops) but quiet enough area so you can sleep really well. Breakfast huge and varied.... More

Stayed here in January, thoroughly enjoyed it. Great rooms, big luxurious with nice bathroom facilities. Great location close to everything needed, and good for pleasant walks along the Thames. Breakfast was a bit steep at £20 per person per day which adds up if your staying for a few days and if your a couple. But would stay here again... More

I spent two nights in London and I used the lastminute.com website knowing that the 'Secret Hotel' was The Grange Tower Bridge. I went on recommendation from a friend and I was not disappointed. As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted in a friendly manner and shown to my room. My suitcase was carried for me... More
