My husband and i stayed here on the 26th July as a birthday treat for me.. He had already booked for us to have afternoon tea for when we arrived. We arrived just before our afternoon tea was booked the outside of the hotel looked impressive and when we arrived inside we weren't dissapointed. After we checked in we were... More

My wife and I booked a late stay here and we wanted a good hotel with spa faciilites. The rooms were above average, the spa was as good as it gets. As we were not into shopping this time, more needing a relax, coupled with enjoying eating out, this place ticked all the boxes. We will be back for sure.

We stayed here Friday night 24th July, the hotel it self is a very good standard, spotlessly clean & modern with very good facilities, breafast buffet was good without being fantastic, but certainly nothing wrong with it for the price in London. The hotel was really quite busy as times with plenty of athletes staying there for the games taking... More

Hotel was very clean, well presented and modern, service was excellent and all staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very impressive and luxurious. The food was very nice and dining room was nice... Overall definitely the best hotel I've stayed in ever!

Prompt friendly check-in and a good, clean room on 13th floor. Great view over city buildings. Plenty of storage. Took 40 minute taxi ride to theatre land, and £25 fare. Road works means traffic congestion. Plenty of restaurants 5 minutes walk away. Big problem - lift (elevator) under maintenance. One lift serving 17 floors - slow and crammed with people.... More

We managed to secure a very good price for our one night stay at this hotel. The hotel was excellent apart from a very disappointing bed. It appeared to be one of those that packs away into the wall and as a result it was very hard. Consequently, even tho the room was chilled by air con and quiet because... More

Great place to stay for night or couple of nights in the city. Clean everywhere, spacious functional room with a few extras, excellent spa, staff helpful/friendly. Location easily accessed and close to attractions. Food and room service good.

Was switched to this hotel from Grange City; good communication from the hotels. Nice room, including very modern bathroom facilities. Decent view from the high rise but no landmarks very clear. Breakfast no better than you'd expect from this type of hotel. Bar and reception area fairly limited.

I was a little anxious about our stay as I had been let down by misleading reviews in the past. I wanted my partners birthday celebration to be a memorable occasion and I made sure I did my research before hand. I emailed the hotel and asked what special arrangements they did to make our stay extra special, we were... More

This is a great hotel for a short city break in London. So long as you are not looking for central of course. Great room, great view, very clean and modern. Quite an expensive mini bar. Facilities in the hotel were very good too, nice area for breakfast too. We will definitely consider using this hotel again.

Staying in Whitechapel

Neighborhood Profile
Whitechapel
Whether you're here for its dynamic street life, world class galleries or famed curry houses, you're bound to be wowed by the uniquely cosmopolitan flavor of Whitechapel. Long gone are the days when Jack the Ripper stalked its streets. And despite his mysterious legacy bringing throngs of curiosity driven tour groups to its back alleys and otherwise serene garden squares, these days you're more likely to catch a cutting edge fashionista scurrying through its age old lanes than criminals of any sort.
