What an amazing hotel. From start to finish my daughter and myself felt very special, all the staff were friendly and helpful. They are all a credit to the hotel. Swimming pool, steam room and sauna were a lovely way to spend a couple of hours, even managed to do my ice bucket challenge! We were upgraded to the 14th... More

For London standards, this is a very good hotel. The service has been efficient and very friendly throughout. And the location perfect. The rooms are largish for London and very, very quiet. Although the décor of the rooms is nothing special, a bit bland and beige, literally, everything was spotlessly clean and in perfect order. Comfortable sheets and duvets and... More

My 11 year old daughter and I stayed her for 2 nights (29th and 30th August) in an executive room. We choose this location as my daughter and I wanted to go to the Tower of London and the Tower Bridge experience as well as some other attractions in Central London. We were on the 13th floor with views across... More

Despite a slow check in, lovely hotel, clean and modern. Good sized rooms with extremely comfortable beds and efficient quiet air conditioning. Fantastic afternoon tea. Breakfast was a bit boring and not really hit and fresh as self service buffet breakfasts are never the best. Definitely would use again.

Upon arrival we were swiftly checked in and upgraded to an executive suite on the 11th floor. Amazing views, fantastic service and the best night's sleep ever! The location is ideal approximately 5 minutes walk from The Tower of London and Tower Hill tube station.

Booked a stay here last minute while on a train to London, when we arrived we checked in while about 8 staff members simply stated at us which was a little uncomfortable, however the check in lady was lovely on the multiple times we spoke to her - however she was working when we checked in (Thursday 3pm) and was... Whenever we visit London we stay here now. Great modern hotel, fab spa, great rooms. We used the restaurant for dinner this time, and have to say the food was so good, and reasonably priced we ate there twice. This hotel caters well for business and family visits. We had our 5 yr old son with us and he was... More

Stayed at the hotel for one night. Quick walk from Tower Bridge tube. Double room was spacious with a fabulous bathroom. Spa and swimming pool were fabulous. Room service friendly and good was good. Room view was on Prescott Street so boring.

First of all I'd like to start this review off by saying that I'm a germaphobe, perfectionist, picky, and hard to please. That said, I went to this hotel with a critical eye. Not being from London, I didn't know what to expect and only had US hotels to compare. I was traveling with my husband and my teenage daughter.... More
