We highly recommend this hotel. We have recently returned from a Christmas break and loved every minute. London is beautiful at Christmas! From arriving at the hotel until out departure, staff were professional and polite, attending to your every need. Most praise should be for cleaning staff who make every surface in the hotel glisten. We stayed in a superior... More

I have stayed at several 5* star hotels in London now, but the Tower Grange Hotel really knows what 5* means. Cleanliness is unbelievable, throughout the hotel, right down to the showers in the pool area. Service is excellent, both on reception and throughout the hotel. Breakfast is aplenty; choose from anything you can imagine. Value-if you book in advance... More

The building is a bit un-exciting from outside. The location was perfect for me as it was 500m from my work place. The check in was fast. The interior is more modernly decarated than the exterior of the building would suggest. The room was in good condition with large and comfortable beds. A desk well equipped with outlets for all... We stayed at this venue for a Gala Presentation evening. Location just perfect for sightseeing too. The Hotel was very clean and spacious, quite modern in design. Our room was okay, but quite small. Only other issue we had was the tiny wardrobe. One half was to short to even hang a shirt. The main wardrobe was narrow with a... More

Stayed at the Grange Tower Bridge Hotel for 2 nights in early December. The hotel is conveniently located for the tube and DLR - a short walk away. The hotel is fairly new and modern in design. Efficient and friendly check in service. The view from the glass fronted lifts are fantastic. Our bedroom looked out towards Canary Wharf and... More

Hotel in a great location and very easy to find. Very impressed with staff on arrival, and plenty of them in attendance. Room (Executive) was a good size well equipped and furnished and spotlessly clean. Only thing missing was my early morning alarm call !

I don't usually do reviews on trip advisor- however I felt I should. I have stayed in many London 5 star hotels, and Tower Bridge hotel is brilliant. The staff were exceptionally helpful, the food delicious and reasonably priced, the spa was lovely and spotless, the room spacious and comfortable. Thank you for a great stay. I will be back!

Great hotel with several rooms for meetings, events, team buildings or even dinner. Clean and quiet rooms with good breakfast. Great location, London Bridge very close. Train stations 5-7 minutes walking only. Only negative is there is no ATM available inside for such a big hotel.

The hotel is very modern, comfortable and very spacious for a London hotel. The staff were very efficient at dealing with coach trips arriving at once, and the bar staff were excellent. Overall I think the hotel is excellent value for money, one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in London (given my modest budget!). Only thing that prevents... More
