Stayed for two nights on a business trip, welcomed at reception with a smooth check in. My room was on the 7th floor; very well equipped, beautiful and clean. Bathroom was lovely, plenty of fluffy towels and slippers. Bed was huge and very comfy, the room (7th floor) was really quiet and very modern decor. I used the pool once,... More

My wife and I are regular visitors to London but this was our first stay at the Grange Tower Bridge - it won't be our last. The hotel is sufficiently new that it still has a clean, sparkling appearance both inside and out. Our room was comfortable and well furnished; and the staff was warm, friendly and extremely accommodating. The... More

My hiusband and I stayed at the Grange Tower Hill only for one night but could have stayed for a week, very comfortable indeed. Check in was easy, no line and friendly staff. The room was ready when we arrived at 4pm always a bonus especially in busy midweek London. The room itself was very spacious for the city with... More

Stayed in this hotel with my family last winter and it was perfect. Though a little hidden - one easily gets lost locating it back, but its very close to most of London city attractions. My two daughters enjoyed very much. Good breakfast and good service! I will be back here again.

We arrived at the Hotel and I asked Reception if they could change a £20 note for me as I didn't have any cash to tip the porter. They said "NO". Any self respecting 5 star hotel would have had no problem doing that! As a consequence we carried our own bags to the room because I didn't have any change... More

This was my first stay in the Grange tower although I've stayed at two of their sister hotels previously. It took a little while to locate and when I did there was a police presence outside which alarmed me, I needn't have worried though as the hotel was being used for the team base for the invictous games. Even though... More

I stayed at this hotel last winter and it was a perfect choice. The staff were warm and friendly when I first arrived at this hotel and offered as much assistance as they could provide from the onset. SPA: I had a massage treatment in this hotel and it was relaxing, tranquil and enjoyable. The spa facilities were also great... More

Area This hotel provides easy access from London St Pancras as all you need to do is take the circle line towards Tower Hill. The tube station is approx a 10 minute walk which was not too bad but also wasn't great. Tower Gateaway for the docklands line is the closest station to this hotel, only being 5 minutes away.... Lovely hotel, lovely service, all first class. Bar and room superb, service first class, food very good BUT, at breakfast, with my toast - NO BUTTER - "sorry we only have Flora" - is this a 5 star hotel? I was really enjoying everything but disbelief at what I was being told - am I old fashioned?

This was our fifth stay at the Grange City. Fantastic location right next to Tower Hill tube (tip: check on London underground website for future engineering works as last weekend Tower Hill was closed due to engineering works). Aldgate which is a 10 min walk away is a decent alternative. For the first time we were a little disappointed with... More
