A beautiful hotel in a nice area, five minutes to tower bridge and the tower of London, staff were pleasant and the glass lifts were cool. Could not fault the rooms, lovely bed, nice views and lovely bathroom facilities, nice hot powerful shower. Good media facilities if that's what your into. Good heating system to and I swear the mirror... More

Situated on a very central location. You can walk To many places from here. Tower hill station is just 300mt to the hotel. The rooms are quite ample with wide windows. The rate is little higher compared to others in same area. You can have some drinks at lobby bar.

I know hotels in London are generally not amazing but I was expecting more from a 5 star hotel.. Nice reception area but not very helpful and sometimes rude and sarcastic receptionists. Everything was so cold from the pool to the water in the shower from the air conditioning in the room! We had to switch it off as it... More

Great room in a spacious , impressive hotel! Great value for money considering the location to Tower bridge and the tube ! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to our friends. We did room only as we noticed the breakfast was expensive and we were only 2 minutes from a Wetherspoons which was much more reasonable !

A fairly average experience from the start with their conferencing team. This only worsened when we had to cancel an event, no effort was made to understand our needs and try to retain us as a client- instead we were simply quoted T&C's. Responses needed to be chased, often took weeks, and provide little information- again other than quoting T&C's... More

Well, what can you say about a 5* hotel in London that what could be expected! It was very comfortable, luxourious and everything was of highest standards. The staff were welcoming, pleasant and helpful and the room was well made up, clean and very comfortable. We didn't partake in the spa facilities but they looked great, or didn't have the... More

We love going away at Christmas: no shopping, no cooking, no washing up, no hassle or stress. This year we fancied London. We had 2 nights (Christmas Eve and Christmas night) at the Grange, including all meals. This package included a 30 minute treatment; I had a massage, while my partner had a manicure. The location is fabulous, right in... More

Lovely hotel! Check in was fast & easy with friendly & helpful staff. The room was amazing, everything we needed was there...comfortable bed which was huge, the best shower I've ever had, & everything else we needed. The spa was clean & pleasant to use, and the bar was comfortable in the evening. We didn't eat in the restaurant so... More

Stayed here with my wife for a weekend found all staff pleasant and helpful. The room was well cleaned and the comfort of the bed was something else. Also made use use of the spa again no problems. It is a short walk of say 5 mins from Tower Hill tube. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We went for a get away in Christmas just to have a retreat for a couple of days. Lovely spa facilities, excellent staff and service was at a very high standard. Food is delicious. Worth a visit as it is near Tower Bridge and faces the Shard which you can see from your window.

Staying in Whitechapel

Neighborhood Profile
Whitechapel
Whether you're here for its dynamic street life, world class galleries or famed curry houses, you're bound to be wowed by the uniquely cosmopolitan flavor of Whitechapel. Long gone are the days when Jack the Ripper stalked its streets. And despite his mysterious legacy bringing throngs of curiosity driven tour groups to its back alleys and otherwise serene garden squares, these days you're more likely to catch a cutting edge fashionista scurrying through its age old lanes than criminals of any sort.
