this hostel is so dirty : they have 5 toilets and showers for over 50 people, who are of course not working, dirty, blocked, occupied etc the girls "cleaning" there don´t even bother emptying the trash everyday they don´t have a kitchen, so you can´t even warm up your food or anything. the bunk beds are on 3 levels, so... I've stayed at this location on several occasions. The location great for staying in London, or for passing through. It's proximity to stations is it's greatest asset. They are often quite full, so one can save time and avoid the rush by grabbing a shower in the evening instead of morning. Aim for the rooms with 12beds. The small price... More

The best thing about the hostel is its location: walkable distance from Victoria train station and Victoria couch station, close to the main attractions (it is possible to walk until the Big Ben). The rooms were really crowded, the bathrooms were not enough for everybody (you have to queue if you wanna take a shower in the morning) and the... More

Hostel is situated close to Victoria coach station and Victoria station which is good. All the main tourist attractions are walking distance away. However hostel itself was disappointing. Music was on pass the midnight and hostel was not tidy or clean. Staff members were unfriendly and unhelpful.

When I arrived, I had a problem with my credit card. They allowed me to stay inside and put away my bag while I was solving it. That, the food and the security (the doors are opened with passwords) almost make up for the bad. They told me that the guests had a 10% discount on the bar. When I... More

My friend and I booked our beds that morning, checked in and saw that is was not very clean and an older (30 yr olds) crowd. Didn't think much until we got back from our pub crawl and saw that they double booked and people were sleeping in the beds we paid for. The staff was terrible, disrespectful and didn't... More

I stayed at this hostel with a friend for one night in March. Upon returning to the hostel at night, two people were already sleeping in our assigned beds. We asked the front desk about what to do, and they gave us two new beds but were not sure as to whether or not they would be open!! As it... More

Gave me the luggage room code without even verifying I am a guest. Security Issue. Gave me the wrong code to the room. All the bathrooms were disgusting, and tons of sickly people in my room (they cant control this, I understand). Bed was comfortable but racks on beds were unstable cause a lot of movement when the bed above... More

I had a wonderful time and the staff was more than accommodating since I was here in September and came back in November. They permitted me to leave some of my things that I did not need until the weather was cooler. The establishment is located in a very nice place. It is very easy to get around all of... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
