So here goes the good and the bad. The location of the hotel is excellent. You have within NYC walking distance three metro stations, buses and always a waiting cab. You can walk 5 minutes from the hotel to a dozen wonderful restaurants and pubs. You can find flowers, treats, hair care and you are ten to twenty minutes from... More

This is the second time that we have stayed in one of the Melia hotels (first time, in Spain (Cadiz) and now, in London), and both times we have had a wonderful experience. The London hotel is modern but charming. Service was pleasant and polite, from the receptionists to the cleaning staff and the doorman, which made our stay very... More

I dropped my bag off with Concierge in the morning as had meetings all day and then a dinner with customers in the evening. It was 11pm before I could check in. I had to join a queue to check in, I couldn't believe it at this time of night. When I eventually got in front of a receptionist I... More

Has been some years since I stayed here and I'd forgotten just what a nice hotel it is. Great location at entrance to Regents Park, 2 mins from Gt Portland St underground station. Extremely well trad and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and all round professionalism make it an excellent choice for both business and leisure. Highly recommended.

I must admit to being a fan of the Melia brand. As big as they are, they always tend to put their guests first - from check-in to check-out. The Melia White House is perfectly located for a London trip, with underground stations within walking distance. The only downside is the lack of car park, but a little bit of... More

Mattress so firm my body had pins and needles. If I had slept on floor, I might have got some rest. I cat napped for few minutes at a time before being woken by discomfort. Noise from traffic. Lift complicated to use, no instruction from check in. No signs telling you where to scan room key to allow access to... More

We stayed here for 2 nights to do soem sightseeing and enjoy a trip to the theatre. We found the hotel ideal located for the tube. The room was lovely with a great Queen side bed. Breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day. My daughter loved the churos and pancakes with chocolate sauce. Drinks in the bar... More
