We were given an executive room but the room itself was pretty small for the kind and looked quite dirty. It's a pretty lobby and the location is great but they are a bit shameless in trying to sell room upgrades. Good hotel, but be aware that walls between the rooms are made of paper - no problems to hear what your neighbour is doing. Excellent service and clean. Suberb breakfast served. Nice bar and a little fitness room

After two hours of trying to book by Web and by phone I gave up. Customer Service at it's worst. My advice is to try somewhere else as it is absurdly difficult to spend your money here. Be careful of the foreign number on their Website.....it will cost you dearly.
