Stayed at this hotel for an extended weekend in London. The location is great; walking distance to Regent's Park, Camden, Soho, etc. Service was polite and helpful. The room was a little bit tired; scuffs on furniture, needed updating. Not sure if all rooms are like this. We had a Queen bed room on the 7th floor. We were able... More

We absolutely loved our stay at the Melia! Wonderfully comfortable, clean rooms and a staff that could not be beat. Be sure to head down to the breakfast and smoothie bar to visit Kurtis Brussue and Sunday Nkiaoko for their superb fresh smoothies and friendly smiles daily.

The best thing of this Hotel is its personnel. People who work there are extremely nice to everybody. They always have a smile in their faces and they are really very helpful. We stayed there for three nights and the treatment was incredibly good in every sense. The building is nice, maybe a bit old but nice anyway. Breakfast is... More

This hotel is in a great location in relation to many of London's great attractions. The hotel itself provides excellent service, the staff are extremely friendly and the food is good quality. We got a great rate for this hotel as part of a theatre package and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of extended trip in the UK. We opted for a room upgrade which was fantastic. The rooms are not huge but neither are they too small. After all, it is London so space is a premium. The checkin guy was very friendly and helpful as we're the concierge. The location is... More

The Hotel itself is luxurious and convenient for many London Tube lines making it perfect for anyone trying to get around in London. Our room would benefit from better soundproofing however you are in the centre of London ! If you want... More
