Stayed here for 1 night to attend local business event. Possibly the most unusual Hilton hotel I have ever stayed in.....firstly, not easy to get too as not near a tube or train station, but easy to drive and a bus route takes you straight from the Canada Water tube station to the front door in 15 minutes. There is... More

The staff at the hotel responded to a couple of queries I had regarding our stay and we're very helpful. We had a double apartment, it was very comfortable and spacious. I had informed the hotel that it was a special birthday treat for my husband and on arrival there was cake and wine waiting for us. The ferry service was... More

Old fashioned Hotel, Slow check in, Old Fashioned and very dirty rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful which is the only reason a 2 star and not 1. The food for the price you pay is very average. The hotels location is very good and may be the only reason i would return. Overall very dissapointed

Unfortunately this place is not worth the name. Non-smoker got put in smoker room. This was an overnight stay came back 1.00A.M and to found out the room was a non-smoker. The double bed looks like an enlarged single bed, very uncomfortable, squeaky squeaky. How can this hotel advertise that bed as double size is quite astounding, lucky we were... More

20 mins to check in - 20 mins to check out with no ques. The hotel is old fashioned and no aircon in the room £150/night is step for what you get tbh. Car parking is reasonable at £12PN since this is London. Free ferry across the river but then a 5 min walk to canary wharf tube station. Nice... More

It didnt help having come from a very high quality Hilton the night before but generally id describe Docklands as average. Front of House very presentable, good setup with ferry, Staff friendly (although long unexplaind silence at check in), Breakfast one of the best aspects (something many hotels cant get right at weekends) Only thing it needs as others will... if you can get beyond the condition of the room(as in furnishings - no problem with cleanliness), this hotel has a fabulous location and staff. massive beds, clean bathrooms, good breakfast which we could take outside. the patio overlooking the activities on the river was one of our favourite things about the hotel. we were away from the heat and... Reasonable quality hotel for a Hilton, but have stayed in better. Bit tricky getting there for the first time - you need to catch a bus - which if it had been winter with kids or more luggage would have been awful waiting in cold. Luck I was travelling in summer. Once in the hotel you then get directions to... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback after your recent stay. Our two closest tube stations are Canada Water and Canary Wharf. From Canada Water, the C10 bus will bring you directly to the hotel in approximately 5 minutes. The other option is to walk 5-10 minutes from Canary Wharf station to Canary Wharf Pier, where the... I stay here on business every week, working in Canary Wharf. I have no complaints - its convenient, the staff are friendly, its comfortable enough and the general service is decent. If I was in London as a tourist I'd stay somewhere more central and convenient but this hotel is fine for a business traveller heading to Canary Wharf.

very helpful and pleasant staff . the payment for in room wi-fi , a Hilton policy worldwide it appears , remains annoying and is a marketing mistake . the rooms are nice , those with balcony's better ... the location is more difficult if you don't know London but staff very helpful with travel assistance
