Stayed one night Clean room Decent gym facilities however did not check out the pool or sauna etc If you intend on staying at this establishment based on the name "Hilton" my suggestion is to reflect on how much you are paying per night in comparison to the other Hilton hotels in London. The rooms/facilities are clean yet tired. The... More

Spend four days with my wife here, combining work with business. Ended up being disappointed and feeling a bit sorry for dragging my wife out to this place. To summarize: State of the hotel: - Very old and worn out, we asked to change rooms as the room we were booked into had blinded windows (no view) complete with broken... More

We spent one night in a deluxe double room - very spacious with a riverside view and balcony that looks over towards Canary Wharf (you take the free hotel ferry to cross the river). Very comfortable room and bed, very quiet, decor could do with an upgrade, but it was all about the location and view for us. We had... More

Myself and my 2 children (age 10 & 12) visited The London Hilton Docklands Riverside in a family room (no 3266) from 14th August to 18th August 2014. When making my booking I requested extra pillows, extra tea and coffee making facilities and a view. The view option I clicked would cost £80 for our 4 night stay. After making... More

We stayed here for one night, the location was great, the room size and views were also really nice, BUT the hotel is badly designed with no attention to maintenance details etc. strange thesholds and passages. Just uncomfortable. I also got the suspicion that the taxi arrangements arent very above board, felt done in. This experience was in contrast to... More

Stayed here with my husband and the kids recently.Had a couple of issues which we raised and this was dealt with professionally. After we booked and i read the reviews i was quite concerned about the ferry crossing and how far out it was.It wasn't bad at all,we only had to wait for the ferry once and it only takes about... 3 beds in the family room much appreciated, as both our young children were able to have their own. Fantastic views of Canary Wharf - so much so it was a shame to close the curtains at night! Probably the most warmly welcoming staff member at breakfast we have ever had.

My partner and I had tickets to see Goldfinger at Regent's Park on Sunday evening and knew the performance would be a late finish, so we decided to book this hotel. We both work in Canary Wharf and the proximity to work was probably the deciding factor when booking this particular hotel. We had a room in the old part... More

We went there for afternoon tea as a birthday treat pre theatre- got shown to our table straight away which was in the window with a great view but then were basically neglected for the next hour or so we spent there! We had to ask for milk for our tea (when we eventually located a member of staff) Had... More
