This hotel is not centrally located for London city centre. The hotel is staffed with pleasant and helpful personnel. Access to the hotel is easy via the underground to Canary Wharf then the dedicated Hilton ferry to the hotel or underground to Canada waters then the 10 bus which stops directly outside the hotel. The ferry is complimentary. Tickets are... More

Stayed at Hilton Docklands and found it to be clean and comfortable. The food in the Terrace Bar was to an acceptable standard. Only issue was i had asked for an alarm call which never happened, however the manager on the desk was very sincere in his apology of which I generally did believe and accept, so I did not... More

I was forced to stay on this hotel as I was travelling with other, so bad, first room they offered did smell like an ashtray, very dirty too, and small, and for that price, 245GBP, pr. night, it was not worth it at all. like a 1 star hotell at king cross.

This was our second visit to this hotel, and as last time everything about our stay was excellent. We had requested the same room as last time and were pleased the hotel made sure the room was allocated to us. The room was very clean and beds were made to an impeccable standard without fail everyday. There was always plenty... More

We booked a suite via "Late Rooms" which was a bargain for our honeymoon. This Hilton is like Hiltons used to be, the suite was amazing in the older part of the building with amazing views across the Thames to Canary Wharf . The living room had a balcony and the furnishings were comfortable. What was really fantastic and made... More

My wife was initially a little dubious about staying this far out of the city centre, but it is difficult to find this kind of standard for the money, unless you get lucky! Do not be put off by the location! We happened to arrive at Canary Wharf just as the complimentary ferry service was suspended for an hour (as... More

I booked a room here as I know it is quiet and we can use the Hilton water taxi to link to Canary Wharf and then take the boat in to Westminster which I prefer to the tube. The Jubilee line is about 15 minutes walk and the London overground is closer at Rotherhithe. The hotel now has been used... More

We often stay at this hotel and whilst some rooms can be a bit tired looking, it's very reasonable, good value and serviceable. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the ferry service is very efficient and there is plently of car parking The pool is nice enough though was closed due to someone being sick in the pool... Thank you very much for your review. Our Family rooms that face the river indeed have a great view of Canary Wharf. I do apologise that you did not have an hair dryer in your room as all our rooms have hair dryers. We are about to embark on a full refurbishment of the hotel in the Autumn and we... More

The three of us stayed in one of the family rooms in the new part of the hotel, and we were very impressed. The staff in particular went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful, despite enormous demands on them from the large number of guests. Our room was enormous, and had very comfortable beds (no fridge though... More

Hilton Docklands is a little bit out of the way if you take the wrong route to the hotel. Best way is via Canary Wharf, then the hotel ferry to their own landing. Once there we were greeted by friendly staff who made good efforts to help with our questions and requests. During our two night stay we had breakfast... More
