I booked a single room on the hotel website for 1 night for £120.00 excluding breakfast, which considering that the hotel is located in central London, is was good value for money. No advanced payment necessary, friendly multi lingual receptionist. The room was relatively small, clean and neat, with tea making facilities and mini bar. The shower was extremely small.... More

I stayed here for one night on business. The reception staff were very efficient and professional. Very welcoming. I stayed in a small double room which was comfortable. TV with good selection of channels, good shower. I upgraded to the full breakfast which was fantastic. Again could not fault all of the staff. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here in a London night out, great location, room was small but comfortable & warm. Would have given a 4 stars but there was a knocking noise from the plumbing through the night..... We'd had a great night so slept through it & didn't complain. Would definitely recommend the location in Fitzrovia, just behind Oxford St & the price... More

This was my 3rd stay at the Rathbone and I now wouldn't stay anywhere else. I have stayed in many hotels in central London and this is by far the best. The hotel is central with lots of restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby. A short walk takes you to Oxford street and Regent street. The rooms are very clean and... More

We arrived at 3pm to be asked to wait in the lounge area whilst they tried to upgrade us. We overheard the reception desk asking 2 other couples to do the same which aroused our suspicion. After waiting / wasting 20 mins we asked the reception desk what was happening only to be told by someone else that there had... More

I stayed here for 3 nights for work. Hotel is in a great location. Right in central London with lots of restaurants around. Also Oxford street is in walking distance. The hotel lobby is nice and classy. Checkin was friendly and quick. I booked a single room and was pleasantly surprised when I walked into a double room. The room... More

We stayed at The Rathbone during a weekend theatre trip to London. We had a great experience, the staff were all welcoming, knowledgeable and polite. The room was clean and had recently need decorated. The hotel is ideally located being just 10-15 minutes walk from so many of the key areas of central London and 5 minutes walk from a... More

Quaint hotel, right on the doorstep of Charlotte street. We had a small twin room, tea and coffee making facilities. No fridge in room but it is air conditioned. We asked for a quiet room and it was indeed, although the view was not pretty. Plenty of free channels on the tv, bed very comfy (could do with extra pillows... More

Stayed overnight. Arrived a little early but no problem getting into my room. It's quiet, on a quirky back street a few steps from Charlotte St and a few minutes from Goodge St. My room was well appointed and perfect for my needs. Lovely staff and welcoming lobby area.
