Great location, quick walk into Soho One street behind Charlotte street Get a room facing inwards and it's very quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful and Rates can be quite competitive if booked in advanced, Room sizes vary but generally bigger than most Central london hotels.

The hotel is in a good and convenient location and the staff were always very helpful. I was a bit disappointed with the décor and don't consider that it matches most of the gallery pictures on their website. It is a little tired and dated, the room was very small but it was clean and had AC in the rooms.... More

Just had a one night stay at the Rathbone hotel on Saturday night & thoroughly enjoyed the experience. On arrival the receptionist was excellent. Hotel room was well decorated & very clean. The bed was very comfortable and we had a very good nights sleep. For breakfast we went for the full English which was presented nicely & had 2... More

We stayed at the Rathbone for seven nights in June. Unfortunately, we had a front facing room. Across the narrow street is the Duke of York pub whose patrons are very noisy until about midnight followed by the pub staff discarding the empty bottles. While none of this is the fault of the hotel, it still made for a less... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. I am disappointed that your stay was disrupted by the outside noise. We make every effort to minimise the outside noise, but despite being in central London we still have one of the quietest neighbourhoods. Kind Regards, Miguel Silva More

The reception on arrival was absolutely first class - made us feel very welcome. We stayed in Suite 303 - really lovely room and separate bedroom. The air conditioning was useful too as it was a lovely day. Breakfast in the morning was top class - a very enjoyable return visit and will definitely visit again and recommend to others!

The staff were extremely helpful, the location is fantastic, the service top notch, the breakfast is very well presented and nutritious and our stay was a lovely experience. We had a slight problem with our room: the shower was not functioning properly. The staff moved us to another room immediately and were most helpful.

We were glad to find this hotel which was in a convenient location close to the British Museum and the West End. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. There was not an outlet for the dryer in the bathroom but I used the vanity area in the bedroom instead. Be sure to request a quiet room in... More

I took my parents away overnight to London and we stayed at The Rathbone Hotel. The hotel itself is lovely and in a prime location for shopping and sightseeing in London. The staff could not of been more helpful if they tried and the rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. I would definitely visit this hotel again and would recommend... More

I choose the hotel due to the reviews and what a mistake. Firstly, the location. If you travel for leisure purposes such as our case, is not the right choice as it is very far from major sightseeing attractions or easy transport; nearest well connected tube station (Tottenham Court) is about 10 minutes walking. Yes, there is Goodge St station... More
