There are many, many hotels in this area of London. The Rathbone, like the others, is in a terrific location of Central London. It's easy to walk to many attractions in the area, and the restaurants and cafes nearby are top notch. I was in London for business, and the hotel perfectly suited my needs: clean room, nice bed, WiFi,... More

On arrival to hotel reception staff very helpful and concierge too. We could leave our bags there as we where early. When we arrived back later that day our bags were in our room for us. We did not do breakfast as we wanted an u regimented weekend. We were in room 501 fab view of the air condition system.... More

I was due to stay overnight with my daughter on Friday evening for a trip to the theatre, however I was not able to attend due to illness. I had booked the hotel with no refund on cancellation, but I contacted the hotel in good time on Wednesday to inform them. The receptionist, Kveta was very helpful and understanding and... More

Superb hotel in ideal location close to shops, theatres and numerous restaurants. The hotel is ideally situated in a quiet district with no noise from outside. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout, with excellent breakfast room, lounge and bar facilities. But best of all is the staff, superb service from everyone of them. Highly Recommended.

The location was fantastic (less than a five-minute walk from two Tube stations), and the staff members were professional, helpful, and friendly. Although a bit small, the room was clean and had a beautifully remodeled bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here recently as part of a theatre package. Hotel was well located for this. All the staff we had dealings with were very polite. We paid extra for an upgrade and the room was lovely. Very spacious and clean. Upgrade price also included a free drink each in the bar or you could have it delivered to your room.... More

I booked a single room which was adequate. Room and bathroom a little 'tired' but clean and comfortable. Good quality toiletries and bath towels. No evening meal but room service available and plenty or restaurants nearby. Superb staff provided a warm welcome and courteous and efficient service. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic hotel with great staff and perfect position, nice and clean hotel and very close to the tube and buses and also the shops on oxford street, the only downside is the owners need to inject money back into the property and invest in new beds, but would use again

One night in the Rathbone on a business trip. A reduced offer on late rooms meant the suite was available for the price of the deluxe double. Nicely old fashioned style with modern amenities throughout. The suite was exceptional with two flat screen Tv's, very comfortable bed and an excellent rain shower. Very comfortable bed and couch. Clean, great location... More
