A small , friendly and a cosy little hotel in the heart of London. Checked in early by friendly reception staff. Clean and comfortable room and very quiet too. Superb atmosphere around the hotel with the soccer world cup being broadcast at all the pubs.

This was my third stay at The Rathbone and I would certainly return. All the staff are unfailing friendly and helpful. The rooms have eveything you need from quality toiletries, hairdryer, AC to crisp clean sheets and very comfortable bed. It is so nice to have a shower with good power too! Although some of the furniture is a bit... More

Great service - good small hotel in great location - close to good local restaurants - good breakfast and quiet cocktail bar. Highly recommended for business or leisure use - probably my favourite mid range hotel in the city

Room was comfortable with white company toiletries tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order. Not cheap but convenient for theatres and centre of town overall a very pleasant stay.

Lovely bolt hole in heart of London's West end - perfectly located for theatres, gigs, shopping, eating & bar hopping. My 5th floor room was remarkably peaceful given buzz of surrounding area. Charming & friendly staff. Deco freaks like me will especially love the original features, all beautifully preserved - the communal / bar areas are especially lovely. Excellent value... More

We stayed in the hotel just for a night, the staff are super friendly. The location is probably the best you can find! 2 mins walking into Oxford Str. - how close can you wish for? :-) Tons of restaurants, pubs, bars around the hotel, and really good ones, not the cheap stuff. The concierge is a really nice man,... More

Stayed for 1 night after watching Miss Saigon nearby. Walk from theatre 5/10 mins. Staff very courteous, and room a bit small, but this is the middle of London. Room very pleasant, area lovely and full of cafe, bars, Etc. Would definitely recommend.

This review is rather overdue, as we stayed here in October 2013. English friends recommended this hotel, and although it is quite pricey, we couldn't fault the service or the location. The location is brilliant - just a few minutes to two tube stations (Tottenham Court Road) and to Oxford Street, and walking distance to the West End and all... More

My friend and I stayed at the Rathbone for three nights at the end of June and had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were helpful and welcoming and our room although small, was comfortable, I would happily stay at the Rathbone again, excellent hotel and good value. One of the big plus points of the Rathbone is its central... More

I booked this hotel through Last Minute.com "Top Secret Hotels" I was a little unsure of paying for a hotel without knowing what I was letting myself and more importantly my wife in for. The purpose of our visit to London was for our 17th Wedding Anniversay and I had purchased tickets to see the musical Miss Saigon. Once I... More
