We spent one night at the Rathbone Hotel. Orginally we had booked a Junior Double - which at 9m2 seemed a little small. But on check-in the friendly staff gave us a free upgrade to a standard double. This was perfectly fine, with the only negative observation being that from the bathroom it seemed like there was a microphone to... More

The Rathbone proved to be a very nice choice for a hotel in London. The location is excellent, as you are right in the heart of Soho, as well as not too far from a few different tube stops. The area does get incredibly busy in the evening, so make sure to get reservations if you plan on going out.... More

I was rebooked to the Rathbone Hotel, and I don't regret that a minute. A very nice hotel, very kind staff, and the room was bigger than the one I had originally booked at another hotel. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Easy 7 minute walk from Goodge St underground. Nice foyer and superb reception staff. very helpful. Bar staff still very polite and obliging even at 1.00am in the morning. Remarkably quiet room (306) would have never believed we were in central London ( as long as you keep the windows closed of course) air con in the room was very... More

Just checked in. My client booked me into this 'business' hotel so it wasn't my choice. Can't fault the location, room is nice enough, but it's another hotel that thinks it's ok to charge £15 a day for internet. My travel agent knows that this is my number 1 pet hate. How can you call yourself a business hotel and... More

Great location! A block off Oxford St. and all the nightlife of SoHo, as well as many charming restaurants on Charlotte Street. Quaint, cozy, affordable hotel that is enhanced by the perfect location and a very attentive staff. We would come back here in a second.

My wife and I had two nights at the Rathbone Hotel just before Easter, and if you are looking for a convenient, clean, smart, excellent breakfast, really quiet hotel with terrific service, really good size rooms, tea & coffee plus water in your room and of course good WiFi in the center of London, near the tube, oxford street and... We stayed here for our anniversary recently. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel and our room were clean and in good order. All staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and very tasty. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely use it again.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming! The food was also very good and served with a smile. I would recommend this hotel to anybody staying in London for bussiness or pleasure, and I would also stay there again!!

We had previously stayed at the Holiday Inn Regent's Park which is at the same price point as the Rathbone (at least for our stay at the end of March). Though the Rathbone's rooms show a little more wear, they were very comfortable, and the hotel has more charm than a Holiday Inn. The staff was helpful and the location... More
