A very well located 5 stars hotel. Has everything you need, and more. Staff was friendly, continental breakfast at the launch was very tasty. The room was too small, and so is the bathroom, but very clean, and well equiped ,including fresh fruits , IPAd and more. We will be back...

AVOID THIS HOTEL GROUP AT ALL COSTS. We arrived at a building site, no reception dust and dirt thick in the area, builders everywhere. That was the best it got, as matters went from bad to terrible rapidly, with embarrassed and ill-prepared staff unable to access booking, taking us to rooms with guests in already, abandoning us in corridors with... I stayed at The Marble Arch by Montacalm for three nights during a business trip to London. I arrived at the hotel fairly tired, and so was appreciative of very friendly staff who checked me in quickly. However, my experience with my room was disappointing. The room I was assigned, a Berkely double was small, which although typical for London... More

My phone didn't work in the room, so had to go back to reception, the porter waggled the lead and it worked, my office chair had a rip down the full left side, the carpet was curled up in the corner. My bed side radio had no mains leads and to top it off when I used my key card... More

Bang in the heart of London, The Marble Arch by Montcalm is a beautiful little place. Service was "with a smile" The Club Rooms are very large for being a Central London Hotel and the rooms have amenities of a 5 Star. Hightly recommended!

I had a meeting at the Montcalm and actually booked this hotel "by mistake" thinking it was their larger sister hotel across the street. Entrance was nice but no public areas, my room was small but very nicely decorated. The only thing i was missing in the room was a shoe horn. I know they have even smaller rooms in... More

I stayed for 5 days in June 2015. The rooms are clean, although a bit small. Location is only two minutes' walk from Marble Arch tube station and from the Oxford Street - the popular shopping area. Staff are very friendly and cooperative. Given a choice, I will stay in this hotel again.

The good points first. The location is excellent, a couple of minutes walk from Marble Arch tube station. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room very clean and tidy and the beds comfortable and it has probably the fastest WiFi of any hotel I've stayed in recently. A few downsides though, firstly the room, at least the one I... More

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
