Had a perfect 2 night stay. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. Stayed in a club room, was gorgeous. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Superb!

Just returned from a four night stay at The Marble Arch by Montcalm. My wife and I could not have asked for more in a property or staff. The Hotel hits on all requirements for a great London Hotel. Its location is ideal. A 2-3 minute walk to the Marble Arch Underground Station, which is conveniently located on the Central... More

Quaint hotel central Marble Arch , just stones throw from tube station and walking distance from Selfridges for some serious London retail therapy$$. Three blocks from Oxford Street stores and west end pubs and restaurants all around , bus stations cannot get a better location in the west end. Typically small hotel room by Anerican standards offset by very modern... More

I stayed here for the weekend for my boyfriends birthday and I was delighted with the hotel. It was attractive and well presented, the room was better than I could have asked for and they even left a happy birthday dessert and bottle of champagne in the room when we arrived. I could not recommend this hotel enough and would... More

We stayed for 3 days before Christmas, we were looking for a place close enough to Oxford street for our shopping. As this was the start of our holiday we wanted somewhere with some peace and quiet. We got what we wanted, The room was very small, but very well equipped, the only issue was a place to put our... More

Very nice I would like to stay there next time. I found the stuff very helpful and they will help you in anyway. I would recommend the hotel to my friends. The only unsuitable thing that I can see that the standard rooms are small.

There is a strong staff commitment to please us as guests, while the price is "bearable". Most of the times staff knows the answer before you have put the question, nice. For breakfast, check wether Mrs. Viola is on duty !

I booked a hotel on Shaftesbury Avenue for a weekend break to see Les Mis in the west end. Two days before the trip the hotel phoned me and asked if I would change hotels due to a problem at the hotel. I did and ended up in The Marble Arch. What a fabulous hotel, the room we were given... More

I booked the Marble Arch for a very last minute business trip a couple of weeks ago. Everywhere I'd usually stay was jam packed due to the Christmas crowds and this hotel was the only 5 star that wasn't horribly extortionate for a nights stay. I'm so happy I lucked out and found this little gem by chance! Yes, it's... More

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
