I booked the hotel because it's near the clinic I need to go to for treatment . It was nice room , I liked the idea of iPad in the room and very fast and free wifi , and you get fruits every day , the breakfast was fine, but the room is really small we had a large bag... More

We booked two rooms and were given the smallest rooms I have ever stayed in. One with no window. The two rooms were actually one with a connecting door. Cost £300 per night. Breakfast had we taken it would have added another £60 per night to our bill. Even by London prices we were ripped off. So many better places... More

Got a very friendly treatment upon arrival from the staff. The room turned out to have no real windows and only a skylight-window. The room was extremely small and did not direct give a five star impression. Generally high standard of beds and furnishings in the room though. The location of the hotel is very good. Small lounge/bar areas in the... More

I booked this hotel as an anniversary gift to my boyfriend. I called and booked with a very helpful lady called Admanalina(?). Already when I hung up the phone, I was very happy with the service given and was excited to going. We arrived on the good Friday and was welcomed by the lovely lads at the doors who welcomed... Found this hotel on booking.com and so glad I did. A lovely hidden little gem. Rooms are fantastic with a bowl of fruit and bottle of water on arrival. Trendy hotel and I would definitely visit again. Staff were very friendly and happy to help.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very small but it was very clean and did have all I required. The only negative was they took many charges on my credit card. This hotel was very central and I will stay here again. Scott

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights with my wife for our anniversary, we could not fault the staff or the service it was excellent. The staff went up and beyond to make our stay extra special. The hotel was in a excellent location for all local amenities and landmarks.

Positives first: The room (A montcalm club room) was clean and came with every mod con (iPad - with annoyingly limited usage, don't for example try to watch anything on E4), electric buttons to notify needing your room serviced or not to be disturbed. Best bit was the flashy bathroom glass which turned from opaque to transparent at the press... More

The hotel was great, I was there on a business trip for a week. I had a basement room which was modern and equipped with all mod cons (as you would expect) it was also compact (as you would expect for London). However, even though there was a window, without any real daylight it felt very claustrophobic. Also the toilet... More

We enjoyed our stay in the Marble Arch very much. We were in London for a wedding, and the location was great - perfect for visiting friends all over town, and I really appreciated being so close to Hyde Park and Regents' Park when I went running. The room itself was small (as you would expect for London) but got... More

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
