Room was lovely but had no tea or coffee making facilities which I think is ridiculous for a 5* hotel. When we rang down and asked for tea for one it came with a £12 price tag! In a nutshell it's a nice hotel in a good location but i have stayed in Thistle hotels which are as good! More

The Perfect hotel. Every wish is your command at this dreamy 5 star on Park Lane. HUGE room with a beautiful decor and superb bathroom. Well-equipped and large gym as well. Warm cosy beds and lovely lovely surroundings make this a real treat. More
