The Langham Court Hotel boasts a prime location favored by guests for its proximity to Oxford Circus, making it a convenient base for exploring London. Reviews frequently commend the hotel's cleanliness, yet some guests express concerns over the small room sizes and amenities, such as the lack of air conditioning. First, the good points: location is terrific, smack bang in the middle of central London between Goodge Street, Warren Street and Tottenham Court Road tube stations. Staff were friendly and helpful when required. Bad points: the room was a bit shabby, and the whole hotel needs a lick of paint. The bed was really uncomfortable; there wouldn’t have been much difference if I’d slept on the floor. It was stiflingly hot in the room as well, so I had a terrible night’s sleep. Breakfast was offered at either 19.99 for a continental or 24.99 for a full English. That’s way too expensive and also self-defeating when there are so many cheaper options in the immediate vicinity. Overall, I would say if you’re looking for somewhere to stay for one night, this might work. But if you’re staying any longer, pay a few quid extra and treat yourself.

What a super little find in a lovely part of London. I booked a 1 night stay for a early start the following morning, not really expecting much. Really pretty hotel from the outside, and friendly welcoming reception. My single room was top floor amd on the back. It was small, as single rooms usually are, but perfectly laid out with a large single bed. Everything in the room was well spec'd, desk space, drawers, decent wardrobe with hangers, kettle and hairdryer. The room looked exactly as they do on the website. Great modern bathroom with powerful and hot shower, loads of hi quality toiletries and soft towels. Breakfast the following morning was a continental affair in a bright basement room and there was a lot of choice (lots of cheese always a winner) I'll be staying here again, for work and also leisure. Its literally 2 minutes from Broadcasting House and a couple of minutes to Regent Street and up to Oxford Street and Carnaby Street.

Would certainly recommend this hotel. Everything was perfect. Very professional, friendly, efficient staff. A lovely welcome in. A cosy well appointed hotel. Room was excellent and spotless. A glitch with there being a double bed instead of twin beds in the room when we arrived, but staff quickly rectified it. In a lovely part of the city and within walking distance of the sights we were going to visit.

We stayed in The Langham court for 2 nights. Excellent location for exploring London. Few minutes walk to nearest underground and 15 minute walk to Soho/West End. There are also lovely resteraunts/cafes/bars right on the doorstep. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very small but clean and comfortable. The pillows are a bit hard and the room was very hot. The window opens though and there was a fan in the room also. Water refills were available free at the bar to take to your room. If the bar changed the lighting and put a little music on to create some atmosphere it would be a nice quiet spot for a drink. Overall very pleasant stay and would recommend/ return

Absolutely horrendous from start to finish. We arrived to three couples checking in before us, this was fine. The way the staff addressed us was not. We were told to sit. Not asked, told. We got to the room which we were told was upgraded (we didn’t ask for this). The pictures clearly show that this was a double room which has had two single beds put in it but the room is too small for these and it’s impossible to move around the room without bumping into the very worn furniture. The water bottle is a standard 75ml for sizing. We arrived back from the theatre just before midnight and god into bed. To say this was like lying on a concrete slab is an understatement. The carpet was actually comfier. Given the time we decided not to call down to concierge. Granted this was on us. The bathroom fan does not turn off so this droned on all night. When we checked out in the morning. We weren’t asked how our stay was but offered that the bed was very hard. To this, the receptionist verbally attacked us telling us that it is clearly stated in the terms and conditions that they are open 24 hours and it was our own fault because we didn’t call down. We explained that this was merely an insight and not a complaint, to which he rudely continued to attack my partner. We enquired if there were different mattresses in different rooms and she snubbed us with a mattress topper (which has already been placed on our rocks!). We concluded that this must be something they are told often and left while she was still screaming at us. Also note that if you are wider than a size 6 you are unlikely to comfortably fit in the shower, which has terrible water pressure. And the duvet stank of wet dog.

This is NOT a 4* hotel. Room (103) was tiny, en suite wooden windows were deteriorating, the lock mechanism was open, you couldn't close it. Had to turn on the shower to heat up the room. The step into the bath for a shower was really high, not user friendly. Tiny wardrobe, no space to store clothes. Carpet and furnishings so tired. Bed pillows were lumpy and well worn. Concerns for the security of the building - no access control, no evidence of security or Portering at night, easy access to the rooms. No A/C - radiator on all day, draft coming through the bedroom window did nothing to warm up the room I've returned back and I'm smothered with a cold Putting it down to the cold room. On a positive - the staff were ALL lovely

We booked the room as there was a planned tube strike & we were worried about missing our train home after a theatre trip. We were pleased with our choice. Friendly staff welcomed up. Our room, though compact, was clean & comfortable with all facilities needed for our stay: tea, coffee, toiletries etc. It was warm & cosy on a very chilly night!

We stayed at the Langham Court Hotel in October 2023, it is very well located for central London and the West End. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and modern, it was on the small side but perfectly acceptable. The only gripe we had was the toilet has been really badly positioned in the bathroom, it faces the wall and there is a gap of about 4inches between the toilet and the wall making it incredibly difficult to use properly. The continental buffet breakfast is well supplied with quite a diverse range of items. I would recommend staying there but you may want to check the toilet situation before booking.
