This hotel is just a bit dismal. We needed somewhere to stay in the area and the exterior looks very interesting. But it's downhill from there as although clean, everything feels tired and in need of some paint and refurbishment. Rather too much brown everywhere. We had room 405, small, generally quiet but you can hear a noisy ventilation pipe... More

Located within walking distance of Oxford Circus. Ideal hotel for a weekend break, the staff were attentive and although the rooms are quite small they are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast is very good with a nice choice of continental and full English. We stayed while on a theatre visit and would highly recommend this hotel.

This Hotel is conveniently located a few blocks from Oxford Circus, it was recently renovated in a very nice old building. You can have any kind of eateries and pubs just around the corner. The only problem I have found: for the price the rooms are really, really small. But we know it: real estate in London has a price...

Stayed here on business this week. Location for Central London is great. 3 pubs within about 20 m! I ate in the restaurant and it was superb. The room was smallish but very nice. The bed was particularly comfortable. Staff attentive. Will definitely stay again. A hotel with personality which is hard to find.

First time I stayed at this hotel, it has a very good central location some nice bars and restaurants close by. Goodge Street and Warren Street tubes both within 5-10 mins walking distance. The room I stayed in was very well decorated and presented. The hotel lift was small, a unique feature of a outwood facing door on the entrance... More

Myself and 2 others said in this hotel just before Christmas and we were not disappointed. It was very close to oxford street and there was plently of bars/pubs and restaurants surrounding the hotel. The room was ok size, not too small and the beds were very comfortable. The only complaint was that the room was very hot and we... More

just few things about this hotel. it matter the position, very central. but: * no place to hang your coats (let's say it's raining, you cannot put your coat wet in the wardrobe); * tiny wardrobe, only for one person, in a double room (if you put two coats inside where to put the rest of your clothes?); * fix... Myself and my wife had a night away from the kids and decided to stay in central London. The hotel is small, but clean and comfortable, with a lovely, cosy lounge and small bar. It was perfectly situated for us, as it was easy walking distance for the places we wished to visit, (Oxford St, Piccadilly Circus, Shaftesbury Avenue) and... More

After reading all the reviews, my expectations were very low but actually it worked out really well. My room was quiet, clean and very spacious - the staff were so helpful. Location great, only a 5 minute walk from the underground.

This small hotel was converted from a previous nurses hostel in central London. Tucked in between Euston Rd and Oxford St, it is convenient, clean and cosy. For a place to sleep in after a long business day - OK. But rooms are poor value (get look for bargain hotel rates in nearby hotels if not at peak season) and... More
