Although reception was ok the standard of service and quality of food in the restaurant was very poor when I visited. Maybe I'm wrong in expecting it but shouldn't today potatoes be hot and not cold? Should veg be cold and soggy? Should roast lamb be nearly cold? Sadly breakfast was equally as poor.

Friendly staff, clean and sparkling and a fantastic location. Handy for all tube lines and the buses. Lots of local places to eat and drink. Can't be beaten! On a map it doesn't look central but access to the underground means it is. Rooms were large and had all of the normal facilities.

We were a little worried as we always try to stay at Premier Inns, but this was much cheaper. A good location, easy for travel via underground or other trains. Easy access to St Pancras station via a back door of the station. Station is nearest shopping centre. Room standard Ibis which is fine as you're not spending all day in it. Breakfast excellent.

Stayed here for 2 nights prior to picking up a campervan for our honeymoon through Europe. Location is fantastic, 2 mins from Euston station and then on to everything in London via the underground. Room was good, service was good, clean and tidy. Would stay again.

A very convenient hotel situated within a couple of minutes from Euston station. The beds are particularly comfortable and the rooms tend to be fairly quiet. Basic toiletries in bathroom but could have done with more and bigger towels. Kettle in room with basic tea and coffee sachets. Reception area was a bit chaotic on departure.
