This Hotel is very well located to enjoy Theatre Land & obviously the Shopping on Oxford Street. The Hotel itself was very comfortable and friendly. Check In was slow due to the size of the Reception Area, however the staff were very accommodating and friendly. It was lovely to find Flowers & Champagne in my Daughters Bedroom on arrival, as... Good location. Very good breakfast. Nice front desk personal. I will not stay there in my next trip. Rooms really small.

My first stay at the ox circus holiday inn: I was pleasantly surprised to get a room that was large enough to merit being called double, and pleased to see spotless fresh linen on the bed and clean white towels. The carpet looked new too. However the rest of the decor was tired and cheap: the bathroom door was bashed... More

We stayed in this hotel on a room only basis as a gold priority member I am fully aware of the ups & downs of staying in hotels. The room was standard although people who stay in London should be aware that the rooms are always smaller than elsewhere. It was clean & comfortable.the problem for me in this hotel... More

I was down on business and th ecompany put me up here. The rate they paid was fair for a London hotel but I was glad that their rate included both breakfast and wi-fi as both are overpriced in my opinion. I had a room at the back of the hotel currently overlooking a building site. That wasn't a problem... More

This hotel is located in a great area for everything. Close to the flag ship shops for major chains for shopping, good access to bus and underground routes for theatre and sightseeing. The bedrooms are clean, small but adequate, comfortable beds and a choice of pillows. They serve an excellent breakfast. All the staff are helpful and pleasant - nothing... More

The hotel is placed on a very good and central london shopping streets. in between oxford and Regents. The hotel is clean, good service, though the rooms are quite small. the staff tries to help you, though not always on a succesful way. But the good willing is there. Would be nicer, if more is invested on the customer experience... More

Although we normally would not select an international chain hotel to stay in central London we were very happy we did. The position is ideal and dressed back a bit from Oxford street itself, calm. The hotel has the feel of old London which is a plus; no vast atrium or grandiose entrance, but more an intimate feel. As we... More

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
