The Holiday Inn Oxford Circus is a nice and clean hotel. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are big and clean. It's located on a pretty quiet street, and it's not too far from restaurants and shopping.

I stayed here for one night to visit the U.S. Embassy - this hotel is perfectly positioned for that and got Oxford Street in general, just a couple of minutes' walk away behind Debenhams. The check-in process was swift and friendly and my double room was perhaps a little small for two people but perfect for just me. The room... More

Visited London to see the Lion King and other areas of London. Ideally situated just behind Oxford St, we were able to walk to the West End and Covent Garden in only 15 minutes or so. The hotel reception has been recently modernised, although our room hadn't it was still comfortable and clean. Good attentive service in the bar, reception,... More

The hotel ws an indeal location, so near to Oxford Street & Bond Street. The staff were incredibly friendly and so very helpful. We booked this hotel unexpectedly on the day of travel and we were impressed and would consider a return visit.

Very nice hotel, clean, friendly, nice breakfast and a good central location for theatres, leicester square, china town and shopping in oxford street! Just a warning though - be careful when jumping in a cab, we got in a cab just outside the hotel and were already on £7 by the time we lost sight of the hotel entrance due... More

My wife and I have used this hotel before and it is in a great location. The staff are good and the rooms clean and functional. I did however make the mistake of not buying a bottle of water at a news agent/minimart, but instead went to the bar of the hotel. Now, Nickthefish doesn't mind spending his money but... More

This is an average holiday inn in a good location for visiting London. Close to Bond Street station. The rooms are clean, if a little small, and the staff are friendly. Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
