I spend an average of 75 nights a year in hotel rooms and this was the worst night's sleep I've had in years. The bed was so hard I might has well have been tossing and turning on a park bench. One pillow was labeled 'soft' and one was labeled 'firm': they both felt like layers of cardboard. Room service... More

After this terrible experience I could not let it go without any comment... I made a reservation to this hotel because of good location and, well, I expected a standard of 4- star hotel of one of the biggest hotel groups all over the world. I had some requests and questions so I decided to contact reservation department. Everything was... More

Right off Oxford street a couple of streets behind Debenhams, this is a small hotel yet clean and 4 stars. Rooms were medium size but sleep quality was good. Many shops, restaurants and coffee shops at your foot steps. I don't think you'll find a better location to explore London and specially Oxford street.

Arrived late at the hotel but the reservation had already been made out and room allocated. 2 signatures and room key was in hand with choice of paying them or in the morning. Hotel is clean if a little dated but rooms and beds are comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the bar is comfortable. Rooms had tea... More

Considering that London is not budget friendly at all. So the location is very good. Main attraction on walking distance. Breakfast is also nice, no problem at all. The room was clean but old. There were no view but I didnt spend anytime at room except sleeping, so that was OK for me.

We booked a triple room which was great, however it took a few requests to reception to get the sofa bed made up for the third person. They'd also only given us 2 towels & only 2 mugs etc. However this was sorted eventually & the rest of our stay was fine. Clean room with very comfy beds. We were... More

The rooms are pretty small. Though all amenities for a good stay are available. The location of the hotel is fantastic, Oxford street or Bond street is just 2 minutes walk. Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
