My second visit to this hotel whilst on business in London. On both occasions I have had a single room which was more than adequate in size, the room was spotless and the bathroom had obviously just been refurbished and was superb. Check in and check out was great - not over friendly but professional. For this price I wonder... More

Stayed here for 3 nights during summer. Booked 2 rooms. Both were horrible. Rooms were very small and outdated. Toilets were old and outdated. Rooms were hot and stuffy with no air conditioning. Floorboards were creaking and was very noisy when other guests were walking around. Breakfast spread was very basic. Only plus side is it's a 1 min walk... More

I am used to small rooms for European travel, but this was the tiniest room I have every experienced. The problem was the room was ridiculously noisy well past 11pm at night. The shower door was broken and we complained to the reception desk and they told us they would send someone up to fix it and they never did... More

The lack of concern for gust comments is astounding. I first wrote to the General Manager and was ignored. I then sent the same email to their corporate office and have since bee ignored. Do yourself a favor and book anywhere else. To whom it may concern, As you can see from the below I had expressed my concerns to... More

Stayed 2 nights. Easy access to Bayswater and Queensway tube stations, thus to Paddington rail and Heathrow. Small hotel in a row of small hotels. Staff was friendly. Only one lift, but it worked smoothly, and my single room was small on top floor. View was great. Best features - good air conditioner and free wi-fi Worst feature - walk-in... More

The best thing with this hotel is the location. Just a few steps from Bayswater tube-station. Simple as that. For the rest - there are many things that needs improvment and a big refurbishment. The rooms - the elevator - the hallways - the wifi. The owners has only spent money on making a good lavartory in the basement. They... More

Found this hotel to be expensive for the facilities provided - the room and bathroom were very tiny and had no A/C so it was very hot and stuffy. Hence we had to open the window to let some fresh air in and was kept awake both nights until gone 3am with very loud talking and shouting - would not... More

What can I say but I have never stayed in a hotel as poor as this. I had been booked a single room for 3 nights. When I saw it, I couldn't believe it. It was ridiculously small approximately 8' x 8' with what could only be described as a child's bathroom. I complained and was changed to 404. It... More

My son and I recently stayed in Room 55 at the Berjaya Park Hotel. the reviews had me worried about what it might really be like. So here is my review. yes, the rooms are on the smaller side, But they do meet all requirements of busy tourists who wish to have a room to sleep in, not holiday in.... More

My daughter and I stayed in Room 55 for 6 days in the beginning of June. After reading many of the reviews I was nervous. I didn't need to be. Yes, our room was small, it's central London so it will be! Everything was very clean and quite comfortable. We never had a long wait for the lift so I... More
