We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The cost was similar to Crewe Hall hotel (Crewe) where we stayed a week earlier, and had a fantastic experience. The hotel does not compare favourably with the service and other features. Parking was severly limited, and we only just managed to find a parking place after panicking we wouldn't be able... More

This hotel was absolutely terrible. It was like a 5 star hotel and take away 4 stars. The room was awful ; the tv was from 1960, the bathroom was filthy, the quilts were ripped, the carpet was dirty. It was that bad, i could write a script that would be eligible for the west end. The room was on... More

The room was large and comfortable with a good bathroom, the only problem was it was in the basement in the far corner of the building. We feel that it was because of this our room was broken into and we we had camera, credit cards and money stolen. Police thought it was done by a previous employee with a... More

Went to see a show as a surprise for my husbands birthday. Were booked into a basement room that had no window so was too hot and claustrophobic. Got moved to executive room and that was a joke. Curtains didn't fit, 4 inch gap at the bottom, hanging off at the top. Enamel coming off the bath, taps and shower... More

We stayed in this hotel on Friday and Saturday 30/31 July 2010 at the end of our holiday, we had previously spent 10 days in Washington DC and were looking forward to spending the last couple of nights in a nice London hotel. Overall the room and bathroom were clean but I hated being in a basement room the lack... More

Arrived on 27th July 2010. Myself, husband and 6 year old. Bit apprehensive after reading earlier reviews but apart from the Receptionist on arrival not being very welcoming, the rest of the staff were very friendly and did there best to accomodate all requests. We would definately stay there again. And it is very handy for transport/tube links.

We heard a party of American's complain saying thier rooms were filthy, they said they had to put toewls on the chairs and the floor as they were discusting. The bar meals in the hotel are good and very cheap £2.99... More

This hotel has four things going for it,its location in Primrose Hill, free client car parking,C11 bus stops right outside, our stay was free via Tesco Clubcard. We stayed on rhe fourth floor, our bedroom furniture was chipped and stained, there were tiles missing in the bathroom,we had to walk around the floor standing TV,a dismal room.Breakfast was part of the deal, this was also poor...
