In desperate need of refurbishment. Public areas dull & tired. Rooms filthy, furniture must have come from the skip. I booked 7 rooms for 5 nights when we were working at Regents Park, the rooms were comfortable but a bit full of flowered wallpaper and chandeliers. We have just returned from this hotel after spending one night here. The staff were really helpful, polite, couldnt fault them. The hotel itself was spotless.
