Well based on other reviews we must have got lucky here, yes the stairs and decor are a worn and I was expecting the same in the room but it was fine, four beds in one room five of us slept here, decent bathroom, basic room but clean, not much to complain about. The only thing I will comment on... More

We had a great stay, the hotel as a whole is pretty modest but our room was great. We got a room for four people but were only two so it was big. 2 minutes to metro station and a nice walk to the city centre through Hyde Park. Wi-Fi work great in our room even though they said it... More

Avoid this place. Where does one start. Sent a few emails after booking the hotel asking a few questions. They couldn't even be bothered to reply. On checking in staff playing with there phones and not very helpful. Rooms are tiny and over charged. £65 for a single room for one night with a box shower so small u can't... More

As a frequent stayer in budget London hotels this is the worst I've stayed in. Unfriendly staff on reception, with mood varying from disinterest to rude. Ageing décor, worn carpets, chipped paint etc, sink cracked. No remote control supplied for TV, reading other reviews apparently the hotel demands a £5 deposit- this wasn't mentioned anywhere when I booked, or explained... More

Stayed for a weekend break. The price was good, but this hotel is getting a tag worn and run down. Was offered a twin at first but reception did then offer us a very small double,{9}. There was a few broken tiles in the bathroom, and the tea/coffee wasn't topped up in the morning, however reception did get us a... More

If you need somewhere cheap and central with an averagely comfortable bed - this is the place. But that's were the recommendations stop. Windows don't open & no air con. The room was very dated and not very well looked after. The breakfast is the most basic i've seen. Great if all you want is toast and the foulest coffee... More

This hotel is in a very location- however that's where the positives stop. It is poor quality but the rates reflect what you get. The air conditioning- or lack there of was horrible. I would not stay again but that being said it is hard to find budget hotels in London... stay for one night only.

First, finding a budget option in London is almost impossible. SO...keeping this in mind, this hotel would definitely fit under budget. The location was the one thing that sold me on this hotel. It is CLOSE to everything and for me, being near Kensington Gardens is important. The hotel was clean. But the security was not great. There was a... More
