My daughter and I went for a long weekend in London and loved this apartment. The staff were helpful and friendly, the place was clean and although compact supplied everything we needed and more. 10 minute walk to the tube station until we realised we could use our tube tickets on the buses as well. From then on we hopped... More

We were visiting London to attend the Chelsea Flower Show, so we wanted somewhere handy. This place was handy, cheap and almost cheerful. If you just want a room to put your head down and it's only for a couple of nights, then this place might do. If you are wanting to have a good time with your wife in... More

I stayed in a first floor single room with a shared bathroom (shared with one other room), and it was just right for the price (50 pounds per night). The room had a wash basin, closet, and a single bed with a small digital TV that received lots of networks. The bathroom was spotless, and the breakfast room downstairs was... More

I stayed here for one night. It was really awful, the room was small and boiling hot on arrival. The windows didn't shut and were jarred open permanently and the curtains did not fit the windows, this therefore meant that the nights sleep was disturbed with all of the night noise. The beds were awful and there were hairs all... More

Was booked to fly to Paris but 24 hours before flight was cancelled due to Air France pilots strike. The hotel where i was staying was fully booked and could not help so i was very upset not knowing what to do. Phoned this hotel who didnt have a single ensuite room for the three nights that i required but... More

Perfect stay for a one woman weekend trip to London right around the corner of Kensington, Chelsea and some great free history museums. Walking distance from Hide Park, Hammersmith and even from Westminster if you have the calmness. Very friendly staff and cosy little room with own washbasin for a very moderate cost. They even welcome you at 3 am... More

You get what you pay for. Location - The location of the hotel is fantastic, nice and close to the tube which is on the main line so it doesn't take long to get into the city centre. Staff - The girl and guy on the reception desk during the day/evening were welcoming and helpful. The overnight male staff member... More

Considering you can pay an extra £30 a night down the road at a lovely clean ibis hotel- we wish we'd paid the extra. Our room was tiny, stifling and on the street side. The net curtains didn't properly fit the size of the window so people could see in. That's the case even in the bathroom and i was... More

In the travellers' world "you get what you pay for"and considering the extraordinarily low price for this extremely well-situated city hotel I got more than I was expecting. Major plus-point is its close proximity to the Earl's Court Exhibition Centre and the Tube. My room on the second floor although smallish, as was the ensuite shower-room, was perfectly adequate and... More
