If you are lucky and get the french crew, you will have a very nice team at front desk. Professional. Helpful. Service minded. Otherwise don't expect too much. Clean accommodation and well located. But WiFi was very unstable and neighbors pretty noisy.

Spent there 7 weeks and really enjoyed it. Location is great - very easy acces to every part of the city thanks to the tube 5 mins down the road (Gloucester Rd - Piccadilly, Circle & District lines), and perfect for long walks - you can admire lovely buildings, chill out in Kensington Gardens or visit nearby museums. Rooms are... More

Location is superb for Royal Albert Hall. Staff on reception we're welcoming, check in and check out were swift. Free tea/coffee and hot chocolate in reception a nice little extra. The 1-bedroom apartment was excellent for 3 adults. Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms all really nice. Will certainly return to this accomodation.

Convenience to tourist areas is key for us: accessibility to Gloucester tube station within 8 mins, many bus lines, walking to Victoria &Albert museum area. Most of our travels was between 15-30mins. Hotel room came with kitchenette and pullout bed, comfortable and clean. Because of their recycle policy, you need to ask for new towels and bathroom cleaning unless every... More

The hotel was very comfortable for our family of 4 and being an apartment made it easier to prepare low cost breakfast and dinners. Location was great being close the the tube and a bus ride to Harrods. The laundry was handy to have however only one washing machine was working at the time making it difficult to find a... More

We have already wasted enough time on these people ... For example. My wife had hurt her knee and was unable to effectively carry her luggage, while the kids and I carried ours and she struggled with hers the bloke from Citadenes just stood and watched. When I pointed this out to the women at the counter she said he... More

Stayed for 6 weeks with my wife who was undergoing treatment at The Royal Marsden. Staff very efficient, professional, and friendly. Wi fi reception could be better, but very satisfied with apartment and contents.

Citadines wasn't a cheap option, but its location is worth paying for, as it was handy for getting to the main sights in Central London. The room was very clean and quiet, and the sofa bed was a decent size, although we could feel the springs through the thin mattress. Needless to say the kids got the main bedroom as... More

Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
