With the V&A, Natural History and Science Museums all within a short walk, this is an ideal base for those wishing to visit these cultural icons. The Royal Albert Hall and Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park are also only minutes away. Rooms are not huge, but have been cleverly designed to include a mini-kitchen with enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils to... More

We spent four nights at the Citadines. Three adults and one child (two years old). Very nice, comfortable, clean, well equiped and quiet. Pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and metro at walking distance. We'll definitely come back here for our next stay in London.

Overall the stay wasn't bad. But could be better. 1. The room was not ready for check in at 2pm. 2. The housekeeper came in earlier than expected in the morning, when we are still not out of bed yet. We have asked if she could return later, but she told us that all she wanted to do was to... More

Enjoyed a 10 day family vacation here. We stayed in a studio premier and 1 bedroom premium rooms. Both were very clean, good linens, well equiped kitchens. Reception staff were always ready to help us. All staff were polite and friendly. Also, the hotel has air conditioning! A must have with London seeing tempeartures in the 70-high 80ºF this spring... Excellent base for work visit - lovely neighbourhood. Good to have kitchen facilities - telco and wait rose within easy walking distance, as are many nice eating establishments. Very close to Natural History Museum, Science Museum, Hyde Park, V and A Museum, Royal Albert Hall and shopping in Kensington.

I stayed by myself in a studio apartment for 6 nights and found it to be very suitable for my needs. Room was clean, had basic kitchen facilities. Reception staff were helpful. Great location with Gloucester Road Tube Station about 5 minutes walk. Supermarket adjacent to the station - always useful when staying in an apartment. Pub and eating places... More

It was a very nice place to stay. Very pleasant and helpful personnel, the small kitchenette was a big plus. They have a great coffee machine in the lobby, so it was so easy to have a quick breakfast in the morning. We stayed in the studio apartment but it was pretty big for two people. Some of the hotel... The service is simple, as would be expected with an apartment hotel, but the staff still watched me struggle with heavy bags. I also had internet problems that were not resolved when trying to use multiple devices. I stayed on 2 occasions and the rooms were notably different in comfort, I wouldn't recommend the first floor.

Good service. Nice hotel. We were upgraded during our first stay which was great. Lots of space. On our return the room was a bit crammed so we had to ask for another room which they gave us the next day. Coffee machine at reception and self laundry 24/7. Internet access. Love the hotel,

Our family of 4 stayed here just over a year ago and the location was great. You could easily walk to the tube in 5 minutes, museums and Kensington Gardens were close by and there were plenty of restaurants and a grocery store just outside the front door. The room was clean and well maintained, although a quite small. Ours... More
