Citadines Prestige South Kensington is really a nice hotel located in a good neighborhood near the Metro, in a nice, safe place. It may not be too central but it is close to the museum areas and steps from Hyde Park. Both the cleaning staff and the staff in reception were very nice and helpful. The beds were ok, not... More

This was our second stay at Citadines Kensington. As others have said, the big plus is the location which gives easy and quick access to a range of transport options, tourist attractions, shopping and the glorious Hyde Park. There is a large Waitrose supermarket and a number of eating places close by. We had booked a Studio Executive room and... More

You could not fault the location of this hotel - close to restaurants, bars, shopping and the tube and on that basis it is a real find for the price. On the other hand our room felt claustrophobic, no fresh air downstairs, no windows upstairs. This cramped, stuffy feeling was made a little worse by the one vanity mirror in... More

Excellent place, we stayed at 1 bedroom duplex.. though we are total of 3 adults, but one more adult can sleep too. Superb & posh location. Nice restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Tube station. Try breakfast at Fait Maison (coffee shop next to hotel).

It did seem a bit cramped with 2 teenagers but we were out and about most of the time. Shower was good, and there was no noise at night from either the road or our guests. Walk to the museum was so short even Mr "I hate walking" did not kick off. Ditto the tube station. Slightly weird room layout... More

Busy apartment style hotel in very good location for business and leisure. Room was clean and functional. Lighting in upper level loft area was very poor. Staff are business like but a bit cold. I have stayed at Citadine properties in Paris and I would sty here again.

With the V&A, Natural History and Science Museums all within a short walk, this is an ideal base for those wishing to visit these cultural icons. The Royal Albert Hall and Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park are also only minutes away. Rooms are not huge, but have been cleverly designed to include a mini-kitchen with enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils to... More

We spent four nights at the Citadines. Three adults and one child (two years old). Very nice, comfortable, clean, well equiped and quiet. Pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and metro at walking distance. We'll definitely come back here for our next stay in London.

Overall the stay wasn't bad. But could be better. 1. The room was not ready for check in at 2pm. 2. The housekeeper came in earlier than expected in the morning, when we are still not out of bed yet. We have asked if she could return later, but she told us that all she wanted to do was to... More

Enjoyed a 10 day family vacation here. We stayed in a studio premier and 1 bedroom premium rooms. Both were very clean, good linens, well equiped kitchens. Reception staff were always ready to help us. All staff were polite and friendly. Also, the hotel has air conditioning! A must have with London seeing tempeartures in the 70-high 80ºF this spring...
