A great find! Hotel/apartments are good. Well maintained and clean. Ideal location for getting out and about in London. Spitting distance from Barbican tube. Some great pubs close by near the Faringdon tube station. Facilities in room good, even a dishwasher! We stayed in a one bed with sofa bed in lounge. More than adequate for the two couples staying.

We stayed here for 5 days in July 2014. Considering the expensive prices in London, we decided to stay here instead of an older hotel in Victoria. The area is very decent, with good transportation bus and the tube (Barbican Station). We arrived here from Heathrow airport taking the express train to Paddington and the tube. Note that you have... I stayed here when I was at seminar for work. I wasn't feeling particularly well, so I was looking forward to getting to the room and getting straight into bed. The reception staff were pleasant and gave me the key to my room. When I got to the room it stank of curry. Had I not been ill, I would... More

Stayed here for two nights when in London for business and appreciated the place to stay. However, when I stay in a hotel in London, I like a proper hotel. Somewhere that cleans up and replaces towels and linens and empties the bins and provides those little bath toiletries. That being said, if you just want a basic, simple place... More

Laterooms advertised as £126 here, Citadines own website advertised at £105ish. Obviously I went to book through Citadines direct, this then added VAT, so took it to £126. As I get cash back through Quidco and Laterooms I decided to book through Laterooms. When I arrived to check in the receptionist then tried charging me £126 + Vat. I explained... More

Excellent HotelTonight find. Location excellent (literally round corner from Barbican tube station), only 10min (via tube) from Kings Cross/St Pancras. Apartments, not a hotel, so you have a fridge and cooker (no oven) and microwave. All very basic but suitable - ie no shampoos conditioners lotions etc, but everything clean and the people at the front desk are always friendly.... More

There are many very good things I can say about this place. Firstly, the location is actually better than I thought, walking distance for many attractions and close to the tube and various shops, pubs and restaurants. Secondly, the staff were really helpful, we asked for a quiet room and we had no noise during our stay from outside or... More

Elegant hotel located in the older part of London. Walking distance to many historical sites. Easy accommodation via underground from the airport and to all parts of London. We'd definitely stay here again.

Booked this through a website and paid £118 for one night stay. The room was small & self contained with a kitchenette area. Clean, tidy and good value for money. The hotel is situated in City of London and great access to all sights via close tube. Can't really fault it and for this price would stay here again.

We stayed one night. Were pleasantly surprised by the king size bed and well designed bathroom. Though the room was not air conditioned, it was quite quiet even with the windows opened. Cheerful and helpful staff at the reception also made our stay a pleasant one.
