Two things....the breakfast food was cold and the bed linen sheet did not reach the bottom of the bed which was very odd. More

Nice hotel. Nice location. Nice breakfast. Very pleasant staff. However, what was classe a de-luxe twin was a very generous description. Water in bath/shower only tepid until we complained and suddenly it worked. Room safe did not work. Bathroom needs updating. More

Stayed at this hotel for work, the location is great, right opposite the park and only a 2 minute walk to the tube station! Stayed for one night in a standard double room. The room was small but clean and functional. Lovely walk in shower and bags of hot water. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Recommended location for easy access to London and easy walking through Hyde Park. More

Good points: Hotel close to two underground lines, stations Bayswater and Queensway so easy to get around.
