Everything was perfect ! I slept like a baby - it was clean and well located. The staff were super friendly ! We even eat at the restaurant at the hotel and the meal took just a little bit of time to received so they offered us, my husband and I, 2 glasses of Champagne ! Thanks for this wonderful stay ! Single room occupancy is very misleading. It's really half room with very narrow bed, like a sklep. When I complained and ask for normal bed I had 10 min conversation for £25 up charge. They have no idea what customer service is. Totally spoiled experience and I would never recommend to my friends. More

I had a 4 night stay here, and enjoyed it very much. Very pretty room, comfortable bed, and it had a great shower. My 4th floor room faced the Church behind the hotel, and was surprisingly quiet.
