My stay there was a surprise with highs and lows.The mentality and attitude of the staff was excellent. Everybody was polite and helpful, reflecting a high-standard hotel. But that was it. Fantastic location - literally next door to tube station and bus stop - straight into Central London. Cross the road and you're into Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park.
