Would stay again ok location for transport and city centre although you need to get the tube in, had to call 3 times for an iron it came the next morning. There are better places but mot for... More

Stayed here two nights while on holiday tour. The room was very small. My wife and I had to announce our movement plans to avoid collisions. If you were drunk you would not have to worry about falling off the toilet, since one barely had room to turn around. If one did manage to maneuver, the tube of paper more... More

With an excellent location, less than five minutes from Kensington High Street underground station and near Kensington Palace, Victoria and Albert Museum, Royal Albert Hall and other attractions, this is a great base to explore from. The hotel is comfortable and staff are courteous.

Was extremely disappointing with this hotel. As the bed was such a let down. I booked for a double bed instead we got two twin beds pushed together. So all night i was falling towards the middle in between two beds! Did not get a chance to complain about it as by the time we got in it was early... More

Very large, very busy , lots of flight stewards were staying there all the time. No free wifi, they charge £ 10 per day per unit ( phone, laptop etc) to use wifi. This was very disappointing as I have never been charged for wifi anywhere else I have ever stayed, so did not even consider asking this when booking,... More

We went on cosmos your and ended up with a twin room instead of double and couldn't swing a cat in it. Asked to get a double and they obliged us with a better room On 1st floor. Breakfast was good. Staff are nice. But can you believe no internet unless you want to pay 10 pound per device.

I looked in the lobby when checking out and its about £237! The hotel... More

This hotel was part of a tour package. We spent an extra night. The extra night was $224. The room was the smallest of the hotels that we stayed. It is within walking distance of the Kensington Close High Street Tube Stop. Right next to the station is a Marks and Spencers shop. They do have a grill which will... More

I booked this hotel for my friends and family as part of my 40th birthday weekend. I was a bit worried about what I had read on some the reviews on here but tried to go with an open mind. I am glad I did. Check in was a bit slow and because we arrived early only one of our... More
