Hotel is in a good location. Close to tube station & other public transport. Variety of restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Kensington palace. Hotel itself is clean & good size. Great breakfast. No free wifi.

Very good loaction, close to the tube station, High Street Kensington, and a lot of places to eat withinn walking distance. The hotel itself is pretty big, stylish and clean. The staff is nice and attentive. On the downside, the WIFI is not free (but you can use the nearby Nero caffee or the Starbucks in the area) and the... More

Great location - we were able to catch the train which was very close to the hotel and sight see all over London. Restaurant is good - and there are other restaurants nearby as well as Tesco etc. Was disappointed that there was no free wifi though - as everywhere else we stayed in the UK offered free wifi as... This hotel was perfect for my friend and I on our recent trip to London. We arrived at 11:30 and the staff happily offered to keep our bags until check-in time. Check-in was fast and efficient, and we were given all the numbers to dial should we have any sort of problem. Our room on the 8th floor was spacious,... More

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. The rooms were small. The mirrors in the room was held up with grey tape. the bathroom has broken tiles and bath tube had wood with screens which can be seen. There was constant noise from construction going on in the hotel. After complaining about this the receptionist said she... More

I travelled with my 3 year old daughter on our first mum-daughter trip away, and honestly, I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The hotel is an easy walk from the Kensington High Street tube station, and upon arrival (4 hrs before check in, mind you) we were met with huge smiles and helping hands for our luggage.... More

When we checked in the staff was friendly and welcoming. We requested a very quiet room as our last hotel had been anything but. The concierge was knowledgeable and patient. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with ample storage. Our last night the power went out for a few hours and fortunately we were not in a rush to... More

I have stayed here a number of times on business. The rooms are always comfortable although not always spacious. The breakfast is expansive although at peak times food does sometimes run out and it takes a while to be replaced. There are nice social areas around the bar and in the lobby. The restaurant food is good if a bit... More

The lobby and public areas of this hotel are lovely and nicely done up however the rooms are nothing special given the price although the bed was very comfortable which is a huge advantage after a long day in London. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location was superb being a very short walk from Kensington high street and... More

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience in this hotel. A friend & I had booked, which she had arranged & checked in for us as she arrived hours earlier. I was surprised how small the room was for £120 but shrugged it off as a place to sleep for the night after a work function. Knowing a had an... More
