Located in a cosmopolitan area, is a place with really good value for money and a higher than standard quality. Really clean (bedroom with confortable maitress, shared bathroom in each corridor). You can book it easily by email and you will pay locally, that's a good solution. Mr. Anthony, the owner, is really gentle and helpful if you need information... More

It isn't a hotel, rather a hostel. It is connected to a German catholic community with historical roots. And this gives the place a distinct feel. The staff are, mostly it seems, volunteers apart from the manager. All are very kind and make you feel welcome. It is simple but very clean with all necessary basic facilities and even free... More

Very happy to having come across this hotel. I love quiet places to stay, and this really is. The atmosphere is familiar but discrete. The bulding has been entirely refurbished months ago. The breakfast is the best I found among the many not expensive hotels I've visited, rooms and baths are wide really clean. Perfect also for families. Very close... More

My 12 year old daughter and spent 5 days exploring London together and were looking for hostel priced accommodation that was safe, clean and well located. We chose Wynfrid House because of the reviews, the location and the excellent interaction with Anthony, the director of the facility. The rooms are like residence halls, two single beds and a sink. The... More

My girlfriend and I go first time to London after reading some reviews on your website. Now we know for us this is perfect. Location, rooms and breakfast, staff speaking many languages some very positive things. Some minor problem is new building work going on in front of hotel. But they say its finished soon. We tell all our friend... More

I came to London for a long term stay and thought it best to look for a flat or room locally. I came across Wynfrid House and decided to stay there a few days so that I can then look for a more permanent solution locally. I did read the many positive reviews on your website. I must say that... More

I was looking for a cheap place to stay in the centre of London and I came across Wynfrid House. Very convenient, close to Tower Bridge and the Gherkin. It's not only homely, but also cheap. I was totally impressed by the service, value, sleep quality, you name it! It was an experience I could never forget. I'd love to... More

Well located near Tower bridge / public transport is Wynfrid House. Do not expect o top -rated hotel (they never claimed to be one) but get yourself ready for a clean, convinient and spacy place for a reasonable price within London. The people working there are friendly and willing to assist you, also in daily (tourist) matters. I enjoyed the... More

I was looking for a budget accomodation for my school trip and I found this B&B / hostel, 10 minutes walking from the London bridge. It was the right choice: very clean, good breakfast, Mr Pereira then was really nice, every evening he prepared tea for us and the day we left, since we had to leave very early, at... More

I traveled to sight see London and this place with its close proximity to the city limits was located in an ideal location to do so. I was very fond of tower bridge and was surprised that it was just 10mins walking distance from this place. Further its close to the Aldgate east tube station, bus station as well. The... More
