Just returned from a London visit as part of our son's birthday celebration. All the staff we met during our stay were welcoming, friendly and highly professional. As a seasoned visitor to London, who has stayed at many London hotels, including The Waldorf, I have to say this stands out as one of the best I've visited. The charges and... More

Great view of Big Ben and the Thames. The room was large enough and comfortable. The spa and pool was clean and refreshing. High tea in The Library was pricey but delightful. The concierge lounge was used frequently, nice breakfast accommodations and snacks throughout the day. All in all, a great stay.

5 star for sure! Our trip here initially started out a bit on the bad side. I checked in, went to our room and found the beds were made, but you could see that someone had been sitting on them, and there were coffee cups used sitting on the desk, along with stale food on the desk and the nightstand... We stayed here in July and these are the things that disappointed us: for the price, The room (junior suite) was very small. The elevator was too far from the suites. Bathtub dangerously tall. Sheets not changed daily even when requested. No gift shop. Not an elegant hotel even though very expensive. The only saving grace is the location which... More

We spent only one night here over the August bank holiday weekend. The entrance to the hotel is very grand and we had a warm welcome from the staff attending the door. The lady who attended us on reception was very approachable and happy to deal with us. She booked us in very quickly and even showed us to the... More

After 10 years living in Waterloo in my own place within sound and sight of Big Ben my new family and I decided to get the View From The Top on the night we left the country for good. There aren't many better sights than the Houses of P and the Thames at sunrise or sunset and from this close... More

I stayed in London Marriott Conty Hall for one night in the middle of July to celebrate my birthday. Booked two rooms (Junior suit with river view and twin room with river view). When cheked in, the deposit of 1130GBP (daily rate for both rooms) was hold on my credit card. The next day, when checked out, I paid the... More

Stayed 5 nights at County Hall. Thumbs up for the location. Right next to London Eye and Thames river, facing Parliament, the view is breath taking. The room is spacious. I can understand to preserve the history of the hotel, but interior needs updating. Breakfast is good but not too impressed with dinner and service. Concierge is very friendly. To... More

We stayed at this Marriott for two nights (August 12 to 14) the place is really old and not well kept. .smells paint in the hallways, we saw many damaged, dented hotel room doors and so on...the only thing this hotel is going for it is its superb location. .across from westminister and next to London eye..
