I was pleasantly surprised by with Kingsway Hall Hotel. The reception area was very nice and was never crowded. There were no negatives with checking in. Got to hotel way before check in at 7am and there wasnt a room ready so checked luggage and came back at 11 and was able to check in. Room was decent size for... More

I stayed at the Kingsway for two nights on business. It was great. I have stayed in lots of good London hotels but I will boom the Kingsway again for these reasons: - the hotel entrance is magnificent. Arriving makes you feel special. Hard to find in London because space for grandure is rare. - the location is excellent. You... More

Very comfortable hotel in a great location, close to Holborn and Covent Garden. Standard rooms are good but on the small side so if staying longer than a couple of days would go for an upgrade. We would definitely stay at this hotel when in London.

Good location and comfortable hotel, only problem was that my room overlooked the road and there was constant noise until the early hours from people coming and going to the club the other side of the street. Breakfast was good, would use again for business but would request a higher floor or quieter room.

Had this hotel as part of a theatre package and what a place. The restaurant and bar are great and breakfast was really excellent. Comfy and luxurious and staff are really helpful. Great location and easily walkable to all places in Convent Garden and surrounds. Loved the whole experience. Highly recommended!

The Hotel is very conveniently sited about 5 minutes walk from Covent Garden, 10 minutes from Leicester Square, but is in a quiet location. A modern hotel with very comfortable rooms, and excellent food in the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff were on hand to help with any questions. I would recommend this hotel for a central location in London.

Great location, good staff - but pricey - well it's London after all. Not really my thing but for a certain type.... great, I'm sure. Rooms clean and well catered for. Didn't have breakfast here so can't comment on the food. Free wifi is always good though.

Low on style, high on value, the Kingsway Hall Hotel has a lot to recommend it. It's less than a five minute walk to Holborn Tube station, and comparably close to many bus lines. You can walk to the British Museum in 15 minutes, the Royal Opera House in less than 10, and much of Covent Garden in no time... More

Staying in Covent Garden

Neighborhood Profile
Covent Garden
Whether you're headed here to check out the multitude of shops, theaters, cafes, pubs, and restaurants, or simply to be among the multitude of people who pass through this pretty part of town, you'll love soaking up the festive and historic atmosphere in and around Covent Garden. Even if you don't have tickets to the opera or a show at one of the many famous theaters here, don't be surprised if find yourself captivated by some impromptu act of a street performer wowing the crowds in Covent Garden's Piazza. If you do have tickets, you'll be pleased to note that many of the local eateries accommodate theatergoers with prix fixe menus, early dinners, and later than usual opening hours.
