Lovely hotel, well - located close to Covent Garden and theatreland. Stayed here for two nights to coincide with theatre bookings on consecutive nights. Accommodation was very good - room only.Within walking distance of main attractions.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel we were treated by kind and friendly staff. Our rooms were spotless. It is in a very convenient area for visiting lots of London. I left something in the room by mistake and they were extremely efficient in returning it to me. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a really pleasurable stay. The staff were very polite, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Everywhere was very clean and the standard bedroom was very good with ample storage. It is in an excellent location within easy walking distance of Covent Garden, the theatre district and the embankment. We... More

Excellent experience for our first time in UK! Lovely rooms, fabulous staff. Couldn't have chosen a more comfortable place to stay! The staff couldn't do enough for us. Always there to meet and greet on arrive and departure. Took care of all reservations for us. Made excellent suggestions of where to stay and what to do. I will stay there... More

Eight of us booked Afternoon Tea at the Kingsway Hall Hotel on Easter Monday and were not disappointed. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The sandwiches were delicious but best of all were the scones & clotted cream and mini cakes. The four teenage girls in our party loved the fact that they could have as many scones as they wanted... My husband and I stayed over the Easter weekend and had an amazing time. The room was spacious and comfortable and staff extremely helpful. There was limited access to certain streets due to a fire earlier in the week, however staff were very well informed and able to assist with alternate directions. Hotel is in a great location for getting... More

We agonized over where to stay in London, and finally chose The Kingsway based mainly on all of the positive reviews. We arrived late & were happy to unload our luggage after a long day of travel. After checking in we decided to head out for dinner, when we made our first unfortunate discovery - the toilet in our room... More

Prior to travelling to the Kingsway Hall Hotel, we saw on their site "Ask Gregory", he being the concierge. Well parking was proving expensive so we contacted him. He told us which car park to use and we could pay via the hotel. Job done. Arriving at the hotel it was all smiles and warm welcome. Lovely start. Check-in was... More

This hotel is right next door to Jongeurs Comedy Club/Sway Bar. Fabulous hotel and the room that we had was beautifully furnished. Be warned...Beneath the hotel is (The London Comedy Club). Fortunately I deliberately booked a room that was on a very high floor so that we couldn't hear the noise coming from The London Comedy Club. Do NOT book... More
