We travel all over the world and we ended up staying at this hotel, great location but that s about it. We stayed on the first floor in a non refurbished room dating probably 15years. A 2** hotel is delivering the same. Bed is comfortable though. Friendly staff but again not as high level as you would expect when you... More

I first chose this hotel for its location. It is close to Covent Garden and theatre land. The rooms are well appointed, as you would expect for a hotel of this calibre. The service is superb. It only gets four stars because I have two niggles. If you book through their site you get to the end and before they... More

Went for my 21st birthday in May and had 3 rooms.Very nice reception. Staff very friendly but rooms not great. Seemed very dated compared to images online. Bathroom didn't lock. Shower head squirted everywhere. The room was very hot and the air conditioning didn't seem to work just blasted out more heat. Beds were comfortable but unfortunately we had flat,... More

Just returned from a one night theatre stay with friends at The Kingsway Hall Hotel. Excellent location and a great hotel. At a banquet I could appreciate this hotel restaurant where I'd never been. I appreciated the offer - which in this case was a Festive Menu - with signs of great culinary distinction as "Braised lamb belly, Savoy cabbage, mash potato and mint jus" and the distinction and especially the "discretion" with which the service operated without disturbing dinner post...
