My partner and I stayed in this hotel on April bank holiday weekend when we came to see The Lion King at Lyceum Theatre. It was our first visit to London and we were welcomed with fantastic service and a lovely room. Staff were fantastic and i could not fault the place.

My wife and I have stayed at the Kingsway a few times now. The location is perfect and the service from all the staff that we met was excellent. We've only eaten breakfast there and on each occasion every need was catered for.

I have just returned home after a five night stay in the Kingsway with my husband and two young children.Everyone was exceptionally helpful and even assisted in ensuring the Easter Bunny visited during the night!! I have to comment on the excellent job done each day by the housekeeping staff. To service the rooms on a daily basis to the... More

Couldn't have asked for better location just round the corner from Covent Garden. All staff were very pleasant and helpful, room was just ideal and very quiet. Would def stay there again when back in London Only gripe is to have to pay for wifi - so didn't use it!

My wife and I stayed for one night as we were in London to see friends. The staff were very friendly and the hotel very clean. Location is great for Covent Garden however the room service is extremely expensive as is the mini bar. Seems silly to pay so much to eat or drink in your room when you can... More

We only spent one night at this hotel when we came up to town to go to the theatre, but we will definitely stay here again. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were greeted with a smile by each member of staff that we spoke to. My husband and I both commented on the politeness and... More

The staff are attentive but not intrusive; the service is absolutely impeccable. The champagne was chilled to perfection, the selection of sandwiches served is ideal, and any special requests... Amazing afternoon tea for families including children! As a birthday treat I took my family including 5 children aged 2-13- it was a superb tea- the children and adults enjoyed it - the staff could not do enough to assist us and bring out extra sandwiches and cakes- loved it!
