Just returned from a one night stay with three of my girlfriends. We were made to feel special and comfortable from the minute the taxi drew up at the hotel door. Friendly and professional staff and a lovely hotel made it a lovely weekend. My sister and I have stayed in Covent Garden a number of times , but did... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night 8th February and was very impressed with the whole experience. We did pay to upgrade the room and have wi-fi because we like to spoil ourselves now and again! The room was excellent and the bed was soooo comfortable! We went to theatre show and when we got back to the room... More

Stayed here on Feb 15th. All the staff was courteous, welcoming and polite. It was also so lovely to be treated with respect which has been sorely missed by so called other top London hotels. The Kingsway Hall hotel is within walking distance from Convent Garden and tube station. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable and of a... More

Book through secret hotels lovely hotel lovely staff comfortable bed very clean room. For a 4 star few points to improve poor quality tv something out of 80's. Toiletries very poor, the worst problem was the charges for wifi I have never seen this before in any hotel. Breakfast was 6 out 10 I've had a lot better in many... More

Friendly staff, quick and efficient check in and check out, a nice building in a good location. The rooms are fine - small but not too small; we had no noise disturbances and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was the exorbitant cost of the wifi - I have stayed in a lot of London hotels and tend to... More

On a recent visit to London, I had a chance to stay in this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located to High Holborn, Covent Garden and the tube station. While the room was a little dated (I understand that a renovation is planned), the staff, especially the Concierge and restaurant staff, as amazing and extremely helpful. The room was very... More

Friendly and welcoming staff, hotel rooms spacious and very clean, lovely comfortable bed. Excellent location for most london sight seeing and theatre shows. My only criticism is WiFi very expensive, should be included in price of room.

Neighborhood Profile
Covent Garden
Whether you're headed here to check out the multitude of shops, theaters, cafes, pubs, and restaurants, or simply to be among the multitude of people who pass through this pretty part of town, you'll love soaking up the festive and historic atmosphere in and around Covent Garden. Even if you don't have tickets to the opera or a show at one of the many famous theaters here, don't be surprised if find yourself captivated by some impromptu act of a street performer wowing the crowds in Covent Garden's Piazza. If you do have tickets, you'll be pleased to note that many of the local eateries accommodate theatergoers with prix fixe menus, early dinners, and later than usual opening hours.
