Booked this hotel via Central R dot com, and received confirmation of reservation via email, I confirmed the reservation by telephone directly with hotel the day before i was due to stay. On the day of booking I parked as agreed in the hotel car park at 0800 hrs. At 1800 hrs I was told they had overbooked and were... More

While the rooms are comfortable and clean the management are very rude and caused us significant stress in their attitude towards us. More

The place is 5 min walking from earl's court tube and it's surrounded by many bars/pubs/nice spots for a quick meal The reception is too much nicer than rooms! Rooms are essential but good for a short staying...pay attention when you step in because many features could not work - wifi signal is too weak for the 5th floor (even... More

Stayed for four nights in January 2012. The good thing about this hotel is the size of the rooms, which were about the biggest for the price I've ever stayed in in London. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Everything pretty much functional. Bathroom small but with a full bath and a shower that was pretty reasonable. It's... More

We experienced the same frustrating situation as Terry below. Several months ago we booked two rooms here for last week as we were attending an exhibition at Olympia. On arrival at the hotel we were told there was a problem with the booking system - they had double-booked the room and so offered us rooms in a hotel in Paddington.... More

We booked two nights here as last year (2011) which was OK. We then booked two nights for Jan. (2012) in MARCH!!. Upon arrival at 6.00pm with our booking reference etc. we were told the room had been let as our credit card had been refused. This had happened to four other couples on the same day. The booking was... More
