Very convenient location a short walk from Earls Court Tube Station and on a quiet side street. The room was very comfortable and the only negative was a fridge that made a wierd noise. But would definitely use again.

While the rooms are comfortable and clean the management are very rude and caused us significant stress in their attitude towards us.
The place is 5 min walking from earl's court tube and it's surrounded by many bars/pubs/nice spots for a quick meal
The reception is too much nicer than rooms!

The room was clean. Everything pretty much functional. Bathroom small but with a full bath and a shower that was pretty reasonable. It's...

We experienced the same frustrating situation as Terry below. Several months ago we booked two rooms here for last week as we were attending an exhibition at Olympia. On arrival at the hotel we were told there was a problem with the booking system - they had double-booked the room and so offered us rooms in a hotel in Paddington....
