Stayed one night this week for business trip. The reception area is apparently being refurbished so you are met be a boarded off area as you enter the hotel. Stayed for two nights with my group. Hotel in great location. Rooms clean with tea and coffee making in rooms. We had evening meal that was cold due to hot plates not working properly, but for the next two mornings breakfast was still only warm. First time in London, hotel recommended by Delta vacations. Nice hotel, located close to the tube. Great front desk staff, very helpful. The room was small but I think stand in the UK. Very clean.The breakfest was excellant, they had it all. Room was located near the lift and was noisy. Would research for other hotels.
