This is a near and convenient hotel in a nice part of London. It's not fancy and the rooms are small. There is no mini bar and wifi is quite expensive at £5 a day. Despite this the staff were good and it serves us really well as a home base. It's very close to the trains and easy to... More

I stayed for a couple of nights on a business trip and got a very good deal for the stay considering its location. I was given a small single room initially which hadn't been upgraded and was away from my colleagues but on request they moved me into a lovely double room which had been upgraded and was really comfortable.... Greeted very nicely and room ready for us. Nice furnishings and everything worked well. Only problem we had was we tried there $5 a day wifi and couldn't stay connected and couldn't get more than one device to connect. They credited our account as soon as we notified desk it wasn't working properly. Great location.

Cramped quarters, but right across the street from Kensington Gardens. Wi-fi, but no free breakfast, although there is a restaurant downstairs to order food if you wish. Quiet and quaint hotel with helpful desk staff.

2nd time I've stayed here with no complaints. Rooms are reasonable for price. Location is very good, close to Hyde Park and 2 mins walk to several tube stations. All you can eat breakfast is of good standard. Staff very helpful and efficient and luggage holding is an added bonus.

Main Hotel is excellent but we were upgraded to club class in an annex around the corner But room was excellent although renovation is taking place until September. Breakfast served at main hotel 10/10 and reception service10/10. Lovely location for London visit especially Hyde Park and Kensington Palace and Nottinghill. Certainly would stay again but ask for main hotel.

I like this hotel because the rooms are comfy, it's close to stations on the Central Line (Queensway and Lancaster Gate), and it has a great breakfast!! I've had big rooms and small rooms, but always comfortable, beds are great, extra pillows available and the cleaning is always first class. They have their own bar, and the restaurant is open... This hotel is really well located for the casual tourist we happened to be. Close to Hyde Park, buses and trains, convenience stores, luandromat, and restaurants. The rooms were ok and the breakfast was fantastic. Our only complaint was the inconvenience of the costly WiFi

This hotel is good, but flawed. The best aspects were the cleanliness and a very good breakfast service that is delicious and of good quality. However, the wifi is prohibitively expensive at £5 a day, and I found it difficult to sleep as any talking or movement from next door neighbours can be easily heard through the thin walls. It...
