One night stay whilst on a meet up with friends, one of which had stayed here before. Nice clean bright hotel and at a reasonable price. Good friendly welcome at reception. Stayed in a 3 bedded room which was absolutely fine with adequate sized wardrobe, table area, fridge, hair dryer etc. Had nice breakfast, and made use of the buy... More

I like this area when I come to London, and booked this mistaking it for the Lancaster Hotel that is right by Lancaster Gate - my mistake, and this one certainly fit the budget better! The location was still the high point. The rooms were clean and plenty large by London standards. The front desk people were very friendly as... More

Having stayed at this hotel before I knew what to expect. I sent an e-mail in advance asking for a room in one of two specific areas (either floor 6 or back of hotel). I got back of hotel ground floor. I was a little concerned that this might be noisy but it turned out the only noise was the... More

By booking several months early I managed to get a reasonable price and later when there was a change in my arrival date the hotel was able to keep me in the same room. I liked its location, close to many places we wanted to visit, it looks quite smart from the outside, price was reasonable for London, staff generally... More

Too many choices, and without assistance it would not have been easy to have chosen this hotel among so many others. But we are really glad we did. Staff are great, the place is quiet and rooms just perfect for the style of accommodation. Meals reasonable in price but excellent in quality. Overall a real stand out close to everything... More

The location was good but not great. The upside was that it was quiet and steps from Hyde Park. Downside, a bit of an underground ride to central London. The hotel staff was awesome and I'd recommend this hotel for a long stay mostly because the location was a bit off the beaten path. Restaurant was reasonable for London. Proximity... More

Stayed here for 4 days with my husband and our adult son who has autism. I'd asked for a triple room but we were actually assigned a family room with a double and 2 single beds but there was still ample room to move about and be comfortable. THe staff were friendly and helpful and the place was clean and... More

This was my first time traveling international, and my travel agent chose the hotel. It was great and the staff was very helpful. The other thing that I had an issue with was the plumbing sometimes we had to jiggle or try to flush our toilet several times before it actually flushed. The hotel offered free breakfast which was really... More

After spending 4 nights in Paris, I was happy to get to London. This hotel is very white on the outside and just seemed clean and fresh. Our son was with us, and we had a room with a double bed and a twin. It was very adequate. I liked having a safe in the room. The biggest problem was... More

We stayed here late June 2014 for our first anniversary. The weather was absolutely perfect! Here's a quick shot of what I thought about the hotel: Positives: Continental breakfast was appetizing Bathroom was also TINY, but the shower was comfortable Convenient to bus stops and resturants Quiet, beautiful well kept grounds Negatives: Staff was not as friendly as they could...
