Great location, clean and good service. Did the job.

We stayed at Lancaster Gate Hotel last year and didn't even bother to look into other hotels for our visit this year ... friendly staff and excellent location. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel! Was worried it was too near to university, but no problem at all. Service absolutely fantastic. Rooms were of very high standard; clean; reasonably sized and superb bathroom. Lovely setting. Breakfast magnificent selection, service and could not fault it in any way. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is located on a nice street and convenient to the Lancaster Gate tube station. Overall the hotel was just okay. The twin room was rather small and didn't have adequate storage. There was one closet with only 6 hangers and 2 dresser drawers which wasn't sufficient for 2 people. 6 more hangers would have been great. The bathroom... More

Whilst there was nothing I could criticise too much, everything in general seemed of a very average standard for the room rate (£100+) The room itself was clean and in good condition, but was very small.
