Downside: expnsive, Internet is charged and isn't cheap and no character. Although my experience of 5 star hotels isn't vast by any means, this hotel was superb! Fantastic service through out our stay, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spotless, could find no faults at all, although the pillows are somewhat uncomfortable for sleeping at least! Otherwise a great stay and would go back! More
