We chose the intercontinental for afternoon tea as a last minute treat. I am so glad we did. From the Gin cocktail to the champagne, delightful choice of menu and delicious sweet treats everything was perfect. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere relaxed and peaceful. Well done Intercontinental - perfect!

Beeing there on a poiunts stay, with a room with a nice view and excelent service. Had breakfast on the room (better the eggs breakfast than the continental one). Room is small (european size) but ok. Had one with balcony wich helps make it better. Next to subway so convinient located.

This hotel is located in a great little section of London near Buckinham Palace and Picadilly Circus, as well as lot's of other attractions. The service is terrific, the rooms are well appointed, clean and updated, and the hotel overall is very modern and stylish. A great stay at a great spot - recommended.

Found this hotel on a trip to London. I have since stayed twice more. The rooms are large for London, and the service is wonderful. The front desk will do whatever is needed to make your stay more enjoyable.
