Had requested a quiet room in my reservation based on other TripAdvisor reviews I read. Was pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to a Jr. Suite upon check in. Wasn't sure if it was because I requested a quiet room or because of my Hilton Honors. The room was on the Mezzanine (Room 99). First off, it was the ONLY... More

Dear Tod, Thank you for expressing your views on Tripadvisor. Indeed, room 99 is the only room on the mezzanine but very importantly also the largest room in the hotel with over 32m2 which is very good to London' standard. You were also upgraded to reward your loyalty to the brand. I am very sorry to hear your experienced difficulty... More

We stayed on a Friday night it is really convenient for Victoria. We had no hot water in the morning so the manager gave us free breakfast and arrange for another room for us to shower in. Great service but I suppose it's the minimum one should expect.

I was expecting a typical London hotel experience, well it wasn't really. The reception staff were great on check-in, the lifts were tiny and always busy and very slow. Great Perfect location right across the street from Victoria Station making travel so simple. Hotel is a great location and within walking distance to many of the sights. I have to... More

Dear CasaMurguia, Thank you for your feedback. I am glad you enjoyed your overall experience but equally a little disappointed it was somewhat hindered with your group but would like to explain. For safety purposes, we do not grant access to guest under different or sole names. If you process a booking through our reservation department for a group, specific... More

Another great stay at this hotel. Always such a warm welcome from the reception staff / concierge which is great for myself, a lone travelling staying on business pretty much weekly. The staff are friendly, helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Good selection of room service for both dinner and breakfast Also great location for Central London... More

Starting with the positives, the location is fantastic - literally across the road from Victoria station, and the metro and bus station are just on the other side of the station. There are also lots of shops, like a Marks & Spencer, McDonalds, a pharmacy and other food stores are in the station, making it very convenient. The room was... More

Dear NeonVenables, Thank you for sharing your views on Trip Advisor. I am sorry to read that you experienced some lapses in our usually very consistent services and rest assured your feedback was discussed with the operational team and any learning shared accordingly. So far as the packages are concerned, it is very important to check for inclusion when processing... More

Couldn't fault this place, great service, great food. Great selection of sandwiches and cakes with a wide selection of teas. It's a shame this place doesn't have s better outlook. Would return and would recommend to others for afternoon tea.

Don't book via Booking.com this makes this average hotel expensive, £240 without free wifi and breakfast. i had to hassle about wifi as i was horrified when the incorrect booking was handed to me at the desk for someone with a similar name who was paying £100 less and got a complimentary breakfast/wifi. Cold rooms with a\c struggling to switch... More

Dear paul_marsden29, Thank you for sharing your views with other travellers on Trip advisor. I am sorry if you felt the value for priced paid was not optimised. Packages and cost can vary substantially depending on the channel used for the booking, period of the year and time of the booking so it is always advisable to book early similarly... More

Really good hotel right next to Victoria station. Lovely rooms. Excellent breakfast down to being able to have your eggs cooked how u would like them. Very attentive staff. Would highly recommend. Would also recommend the afternoon tea which we got on a 2 for 2 voucher so excellent at the price we paid.

I was really pleased to see it was as close to LV as claimed, literally 100yards from platform 1! Despite this, it was really quiet and tranquil (the windows must be very insulative indeed), and a very relaxing stay. I would look here first the next time I want stay somewhere central in London, and happy to pay normal hotel... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
