We stayed on a Friday night it is really convenient for Victoria. We had no hot water in the morning so the manager gave us free breakfast and arrange for another room for us to shower in. Great service but I suppose it's the minimum one should expect.

I was expecting a typical London hotel experience, well it wasn't really. The reception staff were great on check-in, the lifts were tiny and always busy and very slow. Great Perfect location right across the street from Victoria Station making travel so simple. Hotel is a great location and within walking distance to many of the sights. I have to... More

Another great stay at this hotel. Always such a warm welcome from the reception staff / concierge which is great for myself, a lone travelling staying on business pretty much weekly. The staff are friendly, helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Good selection of room service for both dinner and breakfast Also great location for Central London... More

Starting with the positives, the location is fantastic - literally across the road from Victoria station, and the metro and bus station are just on the other side of the station. There are also lots of shops, like a Marks & Spencer, McDonalds, a pharmacy and other food stores are in the station, making it very convenient. The room was... More

Couldn't fault this place, great service, great food. Great selection of sandwiches and cakes with a wide selection of teas. It's a shame this place doesn't have s better outlook. Would return and would recommend to others for afternoon tea.

Don't book via Booking.com this makes this average hotel expensive, £240 without free wifi and breakfast. i had to hassle about wifi as i was horrified when the incorrect booking was handed to me at the desk for someone with a similar name who was paying £100 less and got a complimentary breakfast/wifi. Cold rooms with a\c struggling to switch... More

I was really pleased to see it was as close to LV as claimed, literally 100yards from platform 1! Despite this, it was really quiet and tranquil (the windows must be very insulative indeed), and a very relaxing stay. I would look here first the next time I want stay somewhere central in London, and happy to pay normal hotel... More

Enjoyed my 9 night stay with my daughter. Location was excellent. Lobby is the place to be for free Internet. Don't be shy to explore the area for cheaper & good meals. Found many good restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Problem with Driving service to Heathrow (shared with hotel in review).

I stayed overnight recently during a business trip to London. The staff were great, the room nice and the food good. They really seem to care about the guests. I had dinner and breakfast there and enjoyed both meals. I've booked again for next week.

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
