The hotel is right opposite Victoria Rail and Coach Stations, so that one can reach anywhere in comfort. We were on the 8th floor and had an unobstructed view of the London skyline. The room was lovely and airy, the staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant produces some excellent food.

The rooms are small but quite nice. Air condition did not work (the room was too hot)and there was a lot of noise outside the hotel so we couldn't open the window during the night. Breakfast and service was the best part of the hotel. The location of the hotel is ok and it is only a few minutes' walk... More

You usually can expect good accommodations from Doubletree/Hilton, and this is no exception. Prices were reasonable for category. The room I had was small (by US standards) but reasonably-sized by European hotel standards. Room included king-sized bed, chair, ample desk/work area, in-room safe and enough room to move around. Bathroom was on the small size, but done very stylishly, with... More

Unfortuately we had a very bad experience with our booking due to a third party. The staff and Customer relations manager could not be more helpful and soon sorted our accommodation out. Extremely pleased with the service and courtesy we received from all the staff.

The hotel was easy to find in a good central location, the hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff very helpful. Would certainly consider staying here again when visiting London. The staff were helpful and booking in was fairly quick despite the influx of guest arriving at the same time. The room was clean and spacious.

This is a fantastic Doubletree right next to all of the transportation you'll need to see the sights of London. The rooms are on the smaller side but it is typical for London. The welcome cookie and chocolate covered strawberries were awesome. I can't say enough about the incredible breakfast. Best of all you are right next to Victoria station... More

It's a nice hotel with clean rooms and it has good location but I very disappointed because while in the hotels.com write at room details FREE INTERNET, when we asked for the code they said you need to pay 15£ for every day and they told us " sorry make your complaints at hotels.com. "

The location is everything - if you need to be at the Victoria terminus, or at HM Passport Office, then this is the place for you. All of the station facilities at your doorstep and plenty of local pubs & restaurants. The hotel rooms are big enough and clean enough, wifi is good enough, really can't be faulted. Characterless, but... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
