We used this hotel as we needed a triple-room for a girlie get together. Excellent base, we all traveled into London by coach and once there the hotel is opposite Victoria train and tube station. Bus stop around the corner, great for the Tour Bus. We all found the hotel very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The warm cookie on arrival,... More

Went with a couple of friends for little reunion. Chose it because it seemed like a nice, cozy, comfortable & relaxing place to eat & enjoy catching up with friends. The food was good. Tasty & satisfying. The team of servers were amazing!! We thought it would be quiet due to being off the usual beaten tracks around victoria.... We... More

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel. After being woken up at 6.30 am on the first morning I informed reception that the window did not close properly and that therefore noise from the street, from the station and from the nearby building site was clearly to be heard in the room. Reception promised to try to repair the window.... More

The hotel was greatly situated across the Victoria Station. It is about 15 minutes walk to Buckingham Palace. Within walking distance, there are different options to eat: restaurants, coffee shops, fast food and pubs. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi is paid. We tried the big breakfast buffet, which had an... More

I only stayed at this lovely hotel for one night and it was a great experience. I was made to feel very welcome. The only comment I would make in the negative was that when I asked for a taxi I was told by the Concierge that I had to cross the busy road and go to the taxi rank.... More

Dear Sandra A, Thank you for expressing your views on Trip advisor. I am delighted you enjoyed your overall experience at our hotel and agree with you that our concierge service could have been better so please accept my apologies for this shortfall. The rank across the street can be the fastest mean to get a taxi and seldom to... More

I stayed here for 2 nights and to be honest wished I had stayed a bit longer. After a long haul night flight, my young child and I arrived at the hotel just after seven in the morning and were immediately welcomed by friendly staff offering warm cookies. They quickly managed to find us a room without having to wait... More

This hotel was excellent, it was perfectly placed for the Apollo Victoria Theatre and right opposite Victoria Rail Station, so no taxis necessary. It was also excellently placed for restaurants and bars as well as having a very good in-house restaurant. The hotel was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced for London and we were greated on arrival with a warm... More

This hotel is in the best location! Right next to the Victoria train station so very easy access when coming into the city and when exploring. 10 minute walk to Big Ben/Parliament and Buckingham Palace. 3 girls felt completely safe around the hotel at night when coming back from seeing the sights at night and dinner. Staff was extremely friendly.... More

Dear ScotinAlabama, I am delighted you were recognised as one of our most loyal guest and pleased that our pre-show dining, room and breakfast all contributed to a satisfactory short break. We hope to see you again soon, maybe for the Wicked show performance which is also just around the corner from us. Sincerely, Issam Abid Hotel Manager More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
