Rooms were tatty and actually really dirty, staff were rude and impossible to track-down when you needed something (aparrently it's strange to order a cup of tea before 5pm!), food was worse than horrible. Booked this through lastminute who described this as hotel with pool. The pool is very small and shallow and you have to pay £3.50 extra to use the facilities. Moreover, they still seem to have smoking rooms, which appears to be against the law as I interpret it because the smoke escapes from those rooms and must pollute the public... More
